CIP and his guys did awesome work. They came when they said they were coming and if they weren’t he let me know. They did an amazing job on our flooring, and entertainment wall! He gave great suggestions and was upfront about certain things he could do. I will be calling him back in the future for any remodeling needs!

A good friend recommended Cip for his work
after meeting with Cip a few times and explaining
what I needed done which was on an1850 sq ft house
near Matthews basic painting and removing some
Wallpaper a simple enough job of updating the
property for sale . He wanted me to meet with a Lady
Designer he worked with which threw me off since I did not need that kind of work but agreed to meet with her just the same. Cip and his crew came out quickly when I called. I was very upset after not having water for 9 days and other plumbers never got back to me. He stayed late and finished the job that night. Price was reasonable. These guys were a godsend and I will call them every time!

At the end of the 3rd day and empty promises we told him to get his tools and leaves. Stored his 2 trailers in our front yard Sat, Sun, Mon Tues and Wed...and was unable to complete the work. He had a concrete truck bring concrete and didn't even show up for them ! Had a worker come to do some exterior trim work....butchered it ! Used wood for interior work, obviously didn't know there was a difference of interior vs exterior.

Cip Remodeling and Repairs was incredibly professional and expedient. During the storms last week my apartment was flooding and I could not figure out how to stop the water. Within 45 minutes of my phone call Cip remodeling and repair was on site. He identified the issue quickly and was able to stop the water from coming in. He was then able to get all of the water out of the house, saved my carpet and prevented further damage to my belongings. His prices are more than fair and his work is top quality. Thank you for all of your hard work!
