I absolutely DO NOT recommend any do business with this company. I purchased a replacement Trane HVAC system from Bexar Air. Mr. Jerry Barragan, purchased Bexar Air and changed name of co. to SanTex Air. SanTex Air and Bexar Air are still listed on net and share shame address and phone number. When SanTex returns calls, caller ID still says Bexar Air. My purchase contract and Paid Invoice state Warranty 12 year compressor, 10 year all other for parts and labor. Two years ago when performing warrantied repair on AC, SanTex gave me a receipt that said no charge, warranty 10 years Parts and Labor

Please do not do business with this (IMO) unscrupulous company. New owner, Jerry, refuses to give me his last name, but I believe it is Barragan. I purchased a new Trane Heat A/C Unit with Bexar Air. On my contract, warranty states: 12 year warranty on compressor, 10 year labor & part warranty and 2 year maintenance agreement. Trane covers… parts warranty and Bexar Air, covers labor warranty. Today, my coil is leaking and needs to be replaced and per contract is still under warranty for parts and labor until February 2022. Santex Air tells me they purchased Bexar Air. Bexar Air is still

I used these guys about a year ago. A friend told me that they had used them for years before but weren't very sure about them now since their last experience was not so good. I was told that they tried to call the owner, James Murphy, to complain and were told that he had sold the business. They asked to speak to the new owner and were put on the phone with someone who had a very thick accent. Maybe Indian? Either way, they said he was very arrogant.
