They installed an HVAC system without performing accurate calculations/ measurements of the house. They installed the HVAC system but it was not up to code. Due to high static pressures(and installation errors) the system (still under warranty) failed within 2 yrs. They were called to look at/repair the system. They refused to even come out and see why it failed. I would have been fine if they just would have worked to make it right. Since it was under warranty, I had the manufacture plus 2 other companies diagnose the issue. All said the same cause of failure: improper installation and high static

Called Riteway after two of my HVAC systems went down. Darlene in office was great in scheduling appointment for next day and informing me of process. As promised, prior to my appointment, she called to tell me the service professional's name and that he was on way. Danny showed up, addressed a minor electrical issue with one unit and then diagnosed and quoted the needed repair for the other. Provided open and honest feedback and addressed all of my questions. Will plan to use them for all of my HVAC issues in future!
