Top-notch company, Franscisco was a man of his word and did everything he promised and more. I normally don’t write these reviews but this company bent over backwards to help us and gave us a great deal, great service, always on time and actually did what they said they would do which is very surprising today in our economy, especially since most AC companies take advantage of people. I am pleased with Airtegrity and their services provided. I had gone through some AC issues early April where my home warranty company sent out another AC to do the assessment and priced the repair very high. I was able to get my home warranty to cut me a check after I had Airtegrity give me an estimate for a fraction of the cost. Not only did they fix my problem but they were able to replace the HVAC system with a better quality system which So far is working great. Frank my service guy is very professional respectful and very informative. I intend to keep Airtegrity as my AC company.

Airtegrity did a great job. As my choices indicate, they were good quality, great value, very professional, responsive and on-time. I highly recommend them. We had our entire duct network replaced as it was an older home whose duct work was badly deteriorated. Their cost to perform the repair was far better than any of other three bids we received. We had enough money left in our budget to add on a Reme-Halo Air Purification device making our system much more healthy. As I say, I highly recommend them.

I hired Airtegrity to help my new business with our air conditioning needs. Francisco (owner) was fair, honest, and provided us with a good comparison of the different units and what would be best for our business needs. Their technician drove up from San Antonio to Austin on time, worked diligently, was courteous, and explained in detail how to best operate the unit and keep it running for years to come. If you are looking for any HVAC maintenance or new unit I would recommend their services!

Airtegrity embodies "integrity" embedded in their name. They serviced 3 AC/Heating Units for us, providing us with tips and tricks that we can do to extend the lifetime of them. We appreciated that immensely.
Also of note, we had hired them to put in mini ac/heating systems. They came in, evaluated what we needed, provided solutions and financing options to fit our budget and were incredibly professional across the entire experience. We ended up not being able to move forward due to electrical challenges that needed updating. That said they were extremely patient and brainstormed

I received a referral through Home Advisor. Alex was very professional and courteous over the phone. We were able to get an appointment same day. Frank R. came out was professional and courteous; he took a look at the unit and gave us an honest estimate. It was a little more than what we were expecting, but less than what other AC companies were quoting and trying to mark up as sales. We didn't feel pressured and felt very comfortable dealing with them. And that's what you want someone to tell you the truth and not try to take advantage of you. We thought we could use them instead
