Winter check up and Andrew did a great job making sure our system will work throughout the cold months. Andrew explained everything and made sure our output was correct in each area of our home. He recommended some items to be fixed and had the parts ready to go. He did not rush through the service in any way, which gives us confidence that our system will be solid. The company was very responsive and efficient in fixing the issue with my furnace. The price seemed a bit high, though it was somewhat of an emergency situation the day before Thanksgiving. I contacted the office to get an itemized receipt and they were unable to provide a breakdown of what parts vs. labor cost, only the total cost of service.

Bill of lincoln did an outstanding job on my heater checkup. He took his time, informed me of what he was doing at all times. Went the whole 9 yards and then some. Bill showed alot of excellent customer service traits. Even offered him some refreshments for his dedicated attention to the heater. I signed up for a maintenance contract with lincoln because the team is extremely trustworthy. Bill is an outstanding asset to lincoln heating and air!!

We have been utilizing Lincoln Heating services for over 2 years and have been very pleased with the attention to detail they gave us with our heating and AC systems. But, where they also shine is on major appliance repair, replacement and service. Our water heater of 12 years shut down on Wednesday morning. We called Lincoln and they had a service Team member out the next day to try and repair our unit. The main processor on the unit failed and the cost for a new one was very expensive. We decided, instead of putting an expensive band aid on an old water heater, we would purchase a new unit.

Lincoln Heating and Air has been great to work with. This past summer (when it was 100 degrees) Lincoln was able to come to our house the next day and fixed our AC unit. This week they serviced our furnace. What I like so much about their staff is that they explain everything in a way you can understand and really want their customers to be knowledgeable about the issue. This week Andrew was our service tech for our furnace and he really went above and beyond his role to explain what he was doing!

Quick word of advice: Check for furnace BEFORE you need it! I made the mistake of waiting until the first freeze and ended up without heat for a week because everyone else had the good sense to be pro-active!
Anyway - day of, Andrew showed up EARLY. All I asked is that he take off his shoes and not make a mess on my new rug. He was friendly and professional and fast. He knew exactly what to do, and simply cleaned the part with his new air compressor (he was pretty proud of that) and put it back together and voile' it worked and I had heat again. I would highly recommend them if everyone

Stay far far away from this company. As an employer, they are TERRIBLE! They treat their employees like second class citizens ESPECIALLY if they have colored skin, are not a family member or go to their church. Robert will shake your hand and then go back on his word. They even had a WRITTEN agreement and then decided against it, which is illegal. My son is sick with covid but doesn’t have health insurance because again, they lied about his insurance application being denied. We had an issue with our air conditioner we thought we had to get a new one but Lincoln Air came and ended Up being able to repair it for a very reasonable price. About a month later we had another issue where our nest thermostat was not working and we tried everything Lincoln air again came and in about five minutes had the problem solved! We will continue to use this awesome local business in the future.

I normally do not rate here, but could not let this situation go unreported. I called Lincoln Air for a diagnostic visit. My A/C was making a very strange noise. When the service man came out, he said "I have never heard that". He did no diagnostics, but suggested it was probably the fan motor, but possibly the compressor. So, I had him install a new fan motor. He stuck around just long enough to make sure it was running and collect my money and left. Never waited for it to shut off, as that is when it was making the strange noise. After he left and the system shut down the noise was

We had a new furnace and air conditioning installed. Our experience with Lincoln was outstanding from the estimate by Kelly Smith, to the scheduler Chelsea, to the technicians. Our technicians were Rodrigo, Chris and Caleb. They were on time, got right down to business, and were finished in about 7 hours. They explained the new thermostat, installed a carbon monoxide detector, and cleaned up so nicely. I highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs. Plus they are a locally owned company.

We lost our central AC unit on July 1,2021 on a holiday wknd ( of course!)
We gather all the companies in our area (CArson City) and not one company could come out to even diagnose our problem. Lincoln Heating & Air however was able to come out On July 3 and were able to diagnose the problem. The Techs were professional enough to talk over the phone with our home warranty insurance. These guys came out to replace my outdated and non functional heater and ac unit. They were very quick to respond, super professional and informative, as well as being the most reasonably priced that I found. My technicians were Ernie, Nate, and Caleb. We had an emergency on Tuesday early evening. I called 10 companies , only Lincoln heating & cooling was there to save us.
Kenneth called first to listen about the issue and offer affordable service even if it was after day hours. Robert showed up right away. He was smiling ( even if it was his last call after a long day at work ), he was troubleshooting, identified issue and fixed it. Payment was accepted either with a credit card or check.
Now, every time I will see in town their van , I will happy to know that we have this business in town .

My old HVAC stopped cooling our house during one of the hottest
pre-summer weeks. Unfortunately the old system used R66 gas, which is no longer available; so the condenser and coil needed to be replaced and charged with a newer R-407C gas.
Rodrigo and Christopher came out, delivered and installed the new units on a day when the outside temperature hovered around 100 degrees. We got some cooling, however it needed further attention the next day, a Saturday. Rodrigo pretty much gave up his day to get the system fine tuned and it has been working well ever since. Thank You Rodrigo.

I hired Lincoln heating and air after getting a total of 3 quotes to replace the central ac in my home. David who was very knowledgable about all aspects of my job came out to give me an estimate. Though one of the other companies was very close in bid I didn't have the faith in the other company doing as good a job for me and I ended up going with Lincoln air as have always found them to be very professional and have done a great job in the past servicing my old system. I understand that there are limitations on businesses due to COVID 19. I called and made an appointment for a service call. The office staff was courteous and responsive. They informed me that the technician would be late which was fine. HE didn't call. I had to call the office to ask if he was canceling. When he finally got there he did a cursory inspection. He pressured us to make a decision within two days in order to get the work done because we needed a new air conditioner and furnace. Kenneth came out right away to address a problem we were having with our evaporative cooler, diagnosed it quickly, showed us the affected part along with a video he took showing where the leaking of water was coming from when he examined what was wrong and was able to arrive the next day with a replacement to install it!

In June 2016, my realty company used Lincoln Heating and Air for the heating and AC inspection of the property I was buying. The following month I had Lincoln return to do the over $2000 in repairs that was listed in the report needed to bring the system to a better working condition. The system managed another two years. The air died July 27, 2018, I immediately called Lincoln for repairs. The technician at that time went over the repair costs of old unit versus a new system.
