In one day, Jeremy came out to look at the roof, measure, and have his insurance guy write up the report to start a claim. The information was sent to my insurance company the same night, and Farmer's had the money in my account within 48 hours. Due to storm delays (and no emergency on my end), the roof work started about a week later.
The crew had my shingle roof removed and cleaned up in short order. The new metal roof was in place in less than a week with a sharp image setting my house apart from the rest of the neighborhood. I have received numerous compliments from walkers, and neighbors
