He was honest and straightforward and in the end the job actually came in below estimate because of they just tore through the job quickly.

Packing crew was friendly, easy to work with. The loaders left a few small items behind. Transfer to destination was quicker than expected, which was a good thing. The unloaders were efficient, but dropped several “soft “items. No damage noted, just a bit careless. Driver was professional and kept me abreast of delivery time. Items were placed into storage, so not sure of damage situation. My feelings are that the crew off loading the furniture, could have shown more consideration in the handling and storage of my things. Autos arrived in good condition 2 hours after the furniture arrived the

Awesome moving experience with Galbraith! Everyone we worked with, from the front office staff, to the estimator, to the drivers and moving crews were professional, helpful, and caring. Our load and unload were both on time even though the driver had to contend with a late spring snow storm on the cross country drive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Bad service. From start to finish. Re Deliver charge of $85 due to lack of communication. Customer is never right here just the office manager with a defensive attitude. DO NOT recommend any company to give this company any kind of business ever.

Where to begin.... (One star is too much)
I have moved houses 12 times , mostly internationally and some locally. First OUT OF State.
The most deficient and unprofessional move I have ever experience has been with Galbraith Van & Storage Co.
Moving is full of stress as it is and this company has managed to elevate the stress full to a new mark.
They came to survey at 51" and when the 53" truck showed up it was already 1/3 full with another move. Of course things did not fit. So a second truck had to be called (overflow they call it)

Galbraith employees were terrific! On time, polite and thorough. They worked hard and non stop. They alleviated my stress completely. I had interview other companies but chose Galbraith for their more attention to detail like crating some of my furniture. Everything got to the new destination without a hitch. Thanks guys!

Outstanding Service! Galbraith was recommended by a friend. I had already had two van lines provide quotes based on home visits. All three were competitive, but Galbraith Van & Storage stood above the rest in communication, meeting the schedule needs, and no pressure sales pitch. This was our first major move and at our age (older) we weren't looking forward to the experience. Our representative was thorough in explaining the process and quoting a price for the move which was a better price than the competition. We had to delay twice due to escrow problems and the company worked with us to get other dates and still keep the price the same. Both the packing team and the loading/moving teams were polite and thorough and the actual move went flawless. Wish I could say the same for the home sale and escrow. We were so glad to have the move go well in view of our other anxieties

This was a long distance out-of-state move and I decided partway through the packing that I needed reliable people who could move my furniture and packed belongings into a truck that I didn't need to drive. Galbraith/North American eased my concerns. A Packing Specialist treated breakable things with care and those things got to the new home exactly as they left the old home and I knew where my things were throughout the process. Everyone dealing with my move was professional, efficient and pleasant. My questions were answered to the max!
