Chris and Christian were professional, friendly and polite. I was worried about my great-grandmother’s vintage bedroom furniture and they were so careful with it and all of my things. I recently utilized this service for my move. We mainly wanted the bigger items moved and TVs. However they didn’t take the TVs. They removed bedding, they removed drawers vs just taking items out, they BROKE my outdoor table and didn’t tell me. I only noticed because I went outside to look. I had an interview and had to leave. Then they said that their was a language barrier with my mother in law, but yet they were in contact with my husband the whole time. Express Moving and Storage was, simply put, outstanding in all aspects of my recent move in Bakersfield. Phone contact personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate. When it was time to move, their truck and workers arrived on time, fully equipped, and professionally dressed (ready to go to work).
