We had 15 large trees removed and we were so impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, communication, efficiency, and clean up. They completed the project in a day and a half. They have a huge fleet of equipment and it was neat to watch the teamwork involved and the crane lifting trees over our house! Jimmy and his crew were top notch and we highly recommend using them.

Everett provided an estimate the day after I contacted them, and got us on their calendar. They ended up fitting us in several weeks early and knocked the whole job out (including cleanup) in under 3 hours. We had 2 large trees removed, cut several branches from other trees, trimmed a large hedge and took away an existing pile of smaller branches we'd cut down ourselves. One of the trees was in a pretty tricky spot but they got it done! They even chopped the two large trees into small sections so we can use as firewood eventually. Great team of guys. Huge crane required for my particular job but they were very careful and took down some very big trees safely. Very responsive to my concerns for safety etc. Only mishap was a cut internet fiber line but the owner called me to apologize and cut the price a bit. All in all I'd highly recommend. This was my second time hiring them.

I had Everett Tree Service come out to my home last year for an estimate on removing a large tree from my property. The man was friendly but attempted to convince me to cut down 3 additional trees that were not even on my property. When I said, "that's not my property", he replied, "Well I'm sure your neighbor wouldn't mind if you cut them down." Seriously?

I was incredibly pleased with this company. They quoted me a price that was much lower than the price quoted by another leading Raleigh company, they showed up when they said they would, they were careful in the way they cut the limbs and roped them down, successfully cutting down several large trees in a tight space between our house and a neighbors house, they were careful not to damage anything, they were polite, they worked quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. We have used Everett Tree Service on two occasions, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. There are other tree services in town that can complete jobs for you, but what distinguishes Everett is their professionalism. Jimmy, the owner, came out to give us an estimate, emailed the estimate soon after, checked in at the job site both times, made sure that the crew and I were on the same page before the work commenced, and emailed an invoice once the work was complete. I so appreciate that after dealing with many contractors that don't show, or take weeks to send estimates, etc.

Sometimes I read reviews and wonder how accurate they really are. After using Everett Tree Service, I can understand why they were rated with 5 stars. 90 minutes after posting on Home Advisor, an estimator was in my driveway and I had a printout immediately . I had 2 other replies, one showed up, one did not. A couple of hours after I accepted the proposal on line, Jimmy Everett stopped by to assess the job. He said he would be here the following day. I am very happy with Everett Tree Service. Jimmy responded quickly to my initial call, and the crew arrived as planned on the day of our tree and limb removal. It is apparent the guys know their trade. We had a tall gum tree removed, and numerous limbs removed from a tall neighboring tree over our driveway. The driveway work included the use of the crane. Lightening stuck a large tree in our septic field that was close to the house. So, it needed to be removed, but without being dropped, as this would damage the septic field. The operation that these guys used was nothing short of surgical. They brought a crane in to grab the tree from above while a man cut it from below. The insertion of the crane was something to see--they had climbers climb adjacent trees to pull limbs out of the path of the crane to avoid damage!
