DO NOT USE. I was quoted a $40 service fee, and $15/lock for re-keying. I asked numerous times about the cost to ensure that was really the charge and they agreed. After showing up 2 hours after the hour time frame I was given, the locksmith started re-keying the doors. He then says they quoted you a price right? And I said yes and told him what I was quoted. He says that's not right, there is also a $75 per hour labor charge. I immediately called the company and spoke with the so called "supervisor" and she argued with me telling me that "what we quote you is just an estimate

For two locks, I was quoted $15/lock re-key charge, plus $40 dispatch charge, and $35/lock to provide entry. I was charged $205 for one lock to be picked, one to be drilled (requiring lock replacement that will cost me ~$30 to DIY), and dispatch. The company says that phone estimates may differ. I say bait-and-switch. The company has further failed to resolve the issue despite six calls across more than two weeks beginning immediately following service.
