Updated - in response to my google, yelp and their facebook page reviews, BRPs went ahead and blocked my account from their facebook.
I also heard from 'Briana', new to the process for us at least, who now promises SHE can make it right.
That was yesterday - went back and forth letting her know just how pissed I am and now haven't heard anything back again. How they're going to 'make right' where their installers used freakin SHARPIE to mark out where they wanted to install the shower bar is beyond me - since it's, you know, PERMANENT.

This is about Bathroom Pros of Lakewood New Jersey. Our salesman was very helpful with the whole process. It started really well a little problem getting everything at the same time because of Covid-19, but it all worked out. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME THINGS WORKED OUT.
We started the project February-March, 2021, things went smoothly in the beginning. They were going so well we decided to do our other bathroom (which was smaller). Then we started to have problems with the shower in the first bathroom renovation, for example, the door sweep then came

As a busy family of 4 with 2 full time working parents, a school aged kid with activities, and a toddler we found it impossible to find a time for both my husband and I to be present for an estimate and they decided to cancel the appointment all together than speak to just me. Sexist? Maybe. Pushy sales reps? Probably. We would not have been signing that day so that kind of negates your whole "trying to avoid coming out twice" problem. We know what we want and have a leak that needs to be fixed. We missed 2 weeks due to COVID and couldn't find a time for at least another 2 weeks

Bathroom Pros in Toms River installed a new Shower area in my home on May 21 2020. An excellent job was done in one day. Angelo and Joel were great they were personable, went out of their way to protect my carpets covering everything . They did an outstanding job . Im going to finish up the rest of the bathroom soon and im going to call them to do the job. I highly reccomend Bathroom Pros!
