They did a couple of jobs at my house for me. 1st job, didn't even know where the issue was. They found it and fixed it. They kept me informed in every step of the process. The second job had hiccups (not because of them but because of my old house), again, they were professional with their communication and did an amazing job. I will never call again else but them.

These guys are incredible. I was in a new home and this is the first major crisis. Whole sewer line was backed up. They couldn't come right away but when they did they popped in right on time, worked like magic. Within the first 30 minutes of them being in they already had me flushing my toilet to test. On top of that they washed out the utility sink that filled up with awful things. Price was fair as hell for the fast expert service. Will recommend them to anyone.

Cross Bros came and checked our sewer line and found the Counties line collapsed. They told us it was the county problem and they needed to fix it. Mr. Rotor tried to tell us that we had to pay them to fix it. Cross Bros saved us $5000.00.
