I built my home with Sierra Homes and it was an amazing experience. Unfortunately a few months after I signed the contract Covid hit and subsequently my home completion delayed by several months. However, I completely understood that this was beyond their control and I received constant updates about the progress of my house until it was finally completed early this year. I love my house and I am very happy with the service I received from everyone at Sierra Homes. I DO NOT recommend anybody to buy with sierra homes, it's an absolute nightmare.!!!

No communication, they were trying to blame my client for a delay in permits but when we look into public records they had some denied permits, my client had to pay about $3k on rate extension fees from the lender because they keep extending the closing date for not having some inspection approved . Not answer the phone nor emails this people should not be in business, do not recomend at all.

Looking for a new house in a gigantic subdivision in Florida. The open house was very nice and the gentleman there was very helpful.

We are very pleased with our home, which is the Chelsea model. The list of things we love about the home is long, so I'll try not to ramble, but here goes:

We love the very well thought out floor plan. The large kitchen and expansive rear porch area are both great for entertaining. The oversized 3-car garage with finished floor is where I spend quite a bit of time, and having that space has been wonderful. What started off as a smooth process turned into a nightmare. After moving into the home, we had a several page list of issues with the home. Some, Sylvester fixed, most were not. In fact, one of the items I paid for an Upgrade was not done properly, and I was told to fix it myself. Sylvester went to the lengths of lying about Florida Code as to why the work wasn't done properly (I verified code with Structural Engineer PE - Sylvester may have an engineering degree, but he has not passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, let alone the Professional Engineering license requirements).
