Terrible customer service! I called a week ahead for a 9-10am window. They showed up at 2pm, and I was told twice they would be there at 11:00, then 12:30. Finally at 2:00 they showed up and charged me 4 hours for a 3 hour Job! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. Terribly managed and my property was poorly handled. Not the employees fault entirely.

If there was no stars thats what i would rate them! They came not 30 min, not 1 hour BUT 1 HOUR and 30 MIN LATE! Not only that, they started 15 min after they came and they still charged , they said they have dolleys to haul stuff, common! 250 items 1 whole 40 cubic foot container, and 2 dolley! WT!! They had to use my hand truck. Good thing i brought several in advance! I spoke to a certain Mario in their office, did not appologize for their late yet they still charged me premium for their services! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is just a broker. They brokered out my deal and did not relay any instructions that I left for this movement. I called and coordinated with plenty of time and they ended up moving my furniture to a place I was not authorized to drop off at. Then gave me a price tag almost triple my initial quote right in front of my customer. Very disappointed. Not only that I had to give my credit card information to another gentleman that called right after they completed my move. They sounded professional which is why I chose them, but i'm just another $100 non refundable deposit for this company. Do not

I've never had a better experience with customer service. My scheduled time was between 3-5pm but the original mover had gotten into a car accident causing my move to be delayed a bit. The owner personally talked to me and did everything he possibly could to keep my business. They provided a speedy, quality service and eliminated the stress of moving. I highly recommend.

We referred Sunshine Torrance Movers to a customer whose house was completely flooded from a broken hose (washer). These guys were quick, considerate and hard working. We will certainly refer them again if such a disaster as this forces our client to exit their home or a period of time during the cleanup period. First rate.

I had three bed rooms furniture and other belongings to move from NY to CA. I totally miscalculated to say over the phone on how big my move was. Luckily when the men arrived and looked around, they took the challenge with a smile. It turned into a very long day but the guys worked hard and thorough. They were tireless in the whole procedure. In order to protect my walls, floors and all belongings they took extreme care. They were very considerate. They were the most reasonable out of many companies I talked with. I think they should be awarded the best mover in country. They are really worthy

These guys are great, hard working and easy to deal with in all cases. Have used them twice. They were professional and flexible on the timing of our move, very reasonably priced, and just got it done. Really unbelievable service. They did the job well, and were laughing the entire time. I am a tough critic, but when it came to hard work and they exceeded my expectations.

Our 90 mile move from a one large home to another large home was a daunting task to the say the least. We contacted these guys and they were by far the best communicators and you could tell that they knew their stuff. We shopped several companies and the quote we got from Sunshine Torrance Movers was competitive. We pulled the trigger and we have no regrets. They helped us plan a close to flawless move. They took the time to wrap our furniture properly and do some complex disassembling. All in all it was a job well done.
