We had a great customer experience at the Amish Craftsman. The sales team is very attentive, and we didn't feel pressured to commit to any choices we didn't want to make. They make the experience easy and comfortable. Our sales associate Sonny was very patient and helpful through the whole process of ordering a custom bookcase. We are thrilled with our purchase, and we think it's well worth the wait to have custom Arts & Crafts furniture in our home. I would recommend well-made Craftsman furniture to anyone looking to have wow factor pieces in their home, that will last a long time.

Sales personnel are very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful - they will work with what is available in store to better understand your interests/style and share what builders/custom opportunities exist to meet your needs.
High quality furniture, the type that will last a lifetime - offer custom sizes, colors, finishes, etc - even offer some modern designs that integrate metal legs, have two-tone colors, live walnut edge, etc.

We bought a coffee table from The Amish Craftsman last week. Sonny, the salesman who helped us, couldn't have been more personable. We were debating getting several different pieces, and he did his best to help us see how each might or might not work together in a room. Ultimately we only bought the coffee table, but what is more important is that there was no "high pressure" sales from Sonny; he just wanted us to get what would work best for us, even if it was only one piece.
We will definitely be back. Thank you to Sonny and the entire Amish Craftsman team.

I am so proud of and excited about my new furniture from the Amish Craftsman! As always with this business, everything is perfectly made and beautiful in every way. I am so grateful to Sunny who helped me select the furniture to begin with, but also with the delightful men who delivered it and set it up. Most of all, I have to say the Amish do beautiful work and the quality of the craftsmanship in the couch is superb. I highly recommend this business if you are interested in fine quality furniture with exceptional service.

We were looking into buying furniture for our new home and we knew we wanted good quality furniture. A Google search led us to The Amish Craftsman. Drove there after work on a Wednesday an hour before closing and got helped by Sandra. I loved what I saw that day and loved the help provided by Sandra so we set an appointment for that coming Saturday. We placed the order for our dining set that Saturday. We expressed interest in sofas as well and that’s when Sandra informed us that they would be carrying a new line of sofas by Smith Brothers of Berne; all we had to do was wait two or three weeks

The Amish Craftsman offered a really great furniture-buying experience. We were able to sit on a variety of different pieces and see all the different options for what we were interested in. Sandra did a great job at walking us through the process, and gave us the exact prices for the sofa, chair, and ottomans with the upholstery finishes we were interested in. It was a much more personalized experience than going to a typical furniture store and we are excited to own some furniture that will hopefully last many years. We just ordered a few days ago so the furniture has not been made and delivered

We stopped in for the first time today, and had a fantastic time! Sandra was incredibly sweet and inviting. She took her time to show us around, and explain everything, she really made us feel at home. The furniture selection is pretty great, of course they have more products off the floor in catalogs etc. We fell in love with the live edge Walnut table! Beautiful craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We will definitely be back!!
