We searched for a long time for a sectional for our new house living room. Was finally referred to Jesse at Dream Rooms Furniture and he got us what we needed. Showroom is on the smaller side but he was very accommodating and showing me pieces that I like. Finally settled on the Eltmann and the wifey signed off on it. He cut us a great deal and we purchased it in March knowing it’ll take a few months to get in. We moved into our new place at the end of June and still no sofa. Jesse worked hard to get Ashley Furniture to deliver our sofa to him and happy to say it was finally delivered to us today

This was the most amazing experience ever! We went in and were quickly assisted. The Owner & Salesperson were extremely helpful. We were looking for very specific furniture and Jesse exceeded our expectations. We picked our furniture and had it delivered the same day. The delivery team was very professional and timely. So glad I got my bedroom set here! The customer service is impeccable! The manger helped me pick out a beautiful bedroom set and all I had to do was tell him my vision. He also answered all my questions in a timely manner. He is the absolute best. The delivery and set up was smooth sailing! Great prices for great furniture.

Friendly and professional employees. Gave them an idea of what I was looking for and they were able to give me great options. Quick service too. Bought furniture one day and got it delivered the next day! Had an issue with a decorative slab of silver board that went across the headboard that was slanted. It was a manufacture defect. Dream Rooms Furniture offered to replace the headboard or fix it. Decided to let them fix it and they did a great job! Very accommodating! They have great prices too and quality products. Bought 2 bed frames and a mattress and box spring too. I would highly recommend

Just wow. Excellent customer service. I went in person to look at sofas and Jesse was extremely patient and helpful. Free same day delivery and all of the employees were kind and helpful. So glad I found this place and I highly recommend going by if you can’t find what you want for reasonable pricing...this place was the answer to my prayers after Macy’s didn’t follow through and showed me a 180 to this place in the customer service depts. something to be said for the quality and customer experience with these smaller places !

I knew what I was looking for and was able to find several options on their website. Once I finalized what I wanted, I purchased online and was able to include delivery and assembly for flat costs. I was contacted very quickly to choose a delivery date and time window for the next day! Delivery came in the window as scheduled, they assembled everything and removed all trash. Very professional, verified my ID, and wore masks at all times. I am very happy with the quality of the bed and will definitely buy from them again.

Yesterday morning at 10am on the dot I called Dream Rooms Furniture and Mr. Jesse answered the phone. He was so nice and helpful. We discussed options regarding the bunk bed mattresses, payments etc., and I told him I would make a decision and call back.
I went online and paid for the bunk bed, a new mattress, delivery ($79) and assembly ($40) and by 12:45pm they were at my house delivering it all and setting it up!
