We hired Black belt movers for our recent move and they were absolutely amazing. Roberto, Preston, and Michael B., were on time, fast, efficient, careful and respectful of our belongings. They had to hold our belongings over night due to closing on our home, they did a great job at coordinating arrival. On move in day they brought a 4th person, David, to help speed things along even more. Next time I move I will definitely hire this company again and would be glad to have the same team.

I had received great reviews from friends so I went this company for our move, HUGE MISTAKE! We had all of our belongings in storage waiting to move to our new home. They arrived on time and when going over paperwork reminded my that a cash tipped was preferred. That threw me off a bit as they hadn't done anything yet and was asking for extra money. They started loading the trucks. On multiple occasions I saw them stacking boxes 4 or 5 high and boxes and then boxes would be tumbling to the ground. I went into one of the two storage units after they emptied it and found broken glass.

I wish I would have read through all their bad reviews before hiring them. I should have been more diligent about it- my fault for not doing so. We hired them to move a refrigerator from our home to my Mother-in-laws so she could have a nicer refrigerator...BIG MISTAKE ...They destroyed our stainless steel refrigerator that was in mint condition. Their movers dented & scratched ALL 3 of the doors & will not repair or replace the doors will not even come close to a respectable amount to have it fixed or replaced. I can't even wrap my brain around how or why

In my opinion. I would stay far far away from theses jokes of a moving company. The 3 clowns they sent were late. Wouldn't move half our stuff because the clown driver saw one toenail. Broke over 200 dollars worth of stuff,, refused too pay for it.. And had the balls too think we were going too book these clowns again. The only mad ninja skills these clowns have in making your money dissappear. And if your an actual practicing clown I apologize for insulting you by comparing you too these guys.

This "company" moved me 2 miles from house to apartment. They lost 2 of my cherry colored bookcase shelves and 2 of my oak-colored pantry shelves. I put in a claim and they said they would check the trucks. The next week I called back and no results. I sent them a receipt for the Cherry-colored bookcase because I had recently purchased it, but I had no receipt for the pantry since it was older. BlackBelt Movers damaged my wood floor a day before our Open House and they don't seem to care. The movers who showed up looked very young and I could tell they were inexperienced because I had to explain to them how they could get large objects out of the door. They started on my treadmill and for 30 minutes they could not figure out how to get it out of the house. I then heard a lot of laughter and decided to go check on them and what I found is they had scratched my wood floor and they didn't even apologize. I had a really good experience with them in January 2021. They arrived on time and moved my stuff extremely quickly. They are true to their name about the whole "moving like a ninja". I had 2 guys (Caesar and Santana). They were really nice, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I used Black Belt movers to load my moving truck and would NOT recommend this to anyone. They 3 men that showed up were very polite and did work quickly but Since they will not be the one unloading the truck and they claim as soon as they leave after loading they are not liable for damage they did not treat my stuff with any sort of care at all. I didn't stand there and watch them load each item on to the truck and maybe that was my fault but they damaged a lot of items and then proceeded to hide it so we wouldn't know till we unloaded. The best moving team I've had!!! I've been moving so many times in different states and this is the best team by far. I flew back to Council Bluffs IA to help my parents move to Bellevue Nebraska and I only had 4 days to move. It was overwhelming for me because my dad has so many books. A lot of them are so heavy. I did not think I would be able to get this done in one day but it was POSSIBLE with black belt movers. The movers were so efficient and professional. They had to make two trips to move all the furniture and books we had but it was done within 5 hours. Impressive

We had a positive experience with BlackBelt. Every team is different, so I could see how some people may not have good experiences, while other rave. Damian, Eric and Dominic helped us on 6/27 with our move, and it was a good experience.

If you want yours to go smoothly with less stress, do NOT use this company! They gave us a two hour window. They were scheduled at 10-noon. At 10:30, we haven't heard, no idea where they are, if they are running late or even coming. When I called the office, the staff was rude and short with me.

Very impressive, these two young guys getting my large, heavy furniture up to my third floor apartment in a couple of hours time!! Plus a copious amount of boxes! They were so kind, when I realized that some of the boxes were going to have to go back down to go to storage, they offered to carry them back down. They did a nice job setting up my bed and dresser as well.

We're not wealthy people, so we tried to save a few bucks with this outfit, and it wasn't worth the savings. It's been almost two months since the move and we never found our dinnerware or a missing toolbox. Having Christmas dinner on a paper plates was a little bit of a bummer, but not the end of the world. Replacing about $250 in tools, again, is not the end of the world, but something I shouldn't have to do. We have had black belt movers several times over the last few years and couldn't be happier. From sofas, going upstairs to plants out of the lower level they were great. So disappointed with the lack of customer service & care from Black Belt Movers. We picked them to move my mom on a recommendation. I wish I would have read more of their reviews because it's obvious they have a history of dropping the ball.
I paid almost $700 for their services. The young men who moved my mom were friendly & professional but as accidents can happen, a table was damaged. We immediately knew my mother's brand new kitchen table had been cracked in the move and we received instructions on how to submit the damage claim.

This was two years ago, but thought I'd leave my two cents anyhow.
Basically the long and short of it is, they were rude to my kids, and made no secret about the fact that they were in a hurry to finish because they wanted to watch the Nebraska game. I'm actually pretty sure that they lied and said my twins' bunk beds were broken, so they didn't have to put them together in the new apartment and they'd be done faster.

Hi let me start by saying what a disappointment Black belt turned out to be.
I will give them the fact that they moved us on super bowl Sunday. But that's where the props end.
They showed up and the lead on the job was very negative. They didn't want to take certain things on the truck when my wife asked them too.
They also straight up said they would not do a second load. What the hell is that? They are being paid to move us. We ended up having to use ours cars and father in laws truck.
