Seven years later, we expanded our services to outdoor power washing and odor mitigation services. Each year, our team learns a new skill to better meet our customers' needs. You can never stop learning! While having new growth spurts as word reached out of our business, we decided to create our sister company : Code Blu Restoration.

Our founder and President worked tirelessly to provide a revolutionary cleaning service, focused on preventing cleaning issues before they arise.
Saul Marchan attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign majoring in Spanish & Economics. Albert Marchan lends over 5 years of commercial cleaning management to two key departments at Blu. Jimmy Lopez contributes standout practical experience, as well as an inherent ability to resolve. Positive: Professionalism, Quality - They were very focused and thorough.
Our Post Construction Services serve the Chicagoland area includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, floor scrubbing, trash removal, inventory control and more! Blu Commercial Cleaning's season services includes snow removal and exterior window cleaning. We hired them for gutter cleaning for our three story property and it was great. They were very professional and thorough. We will hire them again and are officially switching from a larger more well-known cleaning company. They also wore masks, which was important for us. Blu Cleaning is very professional and a great resource. I reached out to Saul a year ago to learn about their company and products due to the pandemic. I had to call Saul last week to schedule a cleaning for my child care center. Not only did Saul remember talking to me a year ago, he was able to meet all our needs quickly. Blu Commercial Cleaning was prompt, efficient and did an amazing job for a post construction clean up project of mine. They truly went above and beyond as I commented on a few spots they could have improved on and they came back to the site a day later to make sure I was completely satisfied. They are hands down one of the best decisions I made to clean my space. Will definitely use them again!

Saul and his team were amazing! We had an incredibly tight timeline, found out on a Thursday afternoon that prior to our move out the following Tuesday that we were responsible for arranging the cleaning of our apartment. To add additional complications we were moving across the country and leaving Tuesday night! Saul was all over it, responded to me rapidly throughout the weekend to get the cleaning setup, and arranged for everything to be done contactless. On top of that, they did a spotless job cleaning. The apartment was honestly cleaner than when we moved in. Would highly recommend their services

This is my second time using Blu Cleaning to help me get a new home ready for my move. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of work I’ve received both times and how professional they are. Albert helped me set up the appointment and kept me up to date with everything going on. Oscar was super friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. Our business reached out to Blu Commercial Cleaning for an estimate on deep cleaning, if needed, given the current pandemic. A few days later... we needed them. I emailed Saul who was so responsive and professional. The next morning his team was out and by the following day we were back in business! Oscar came out to clean along with two others and Oscar did an excellent job of explaining the process and answering questions as well as addressing concerns. Given our current climate, we were forced to have to disinfect our offices and warehouses on a couple occasions. Blu Commercial was extremely accommodating and sprung into action at almost a moment's notice. Their work was extremely thorough and the teams the assembled were very professional. We could not more satisfied with the experiences. Additionally, I have recommended them to many in my network. Lastly, the pricing was also great for the amount of space cleaned!
