Called them the day after Labor Day, 2020, with a request to have someone contact me and come out . The woman who answered said she would pass my message off to one of two guys. Sorry, forgot names involved.
Never heard back.
I have over 10k of required work. I went with a competitor. Glad their business is booming that allows no call backs to potential clients.
Sure, there may have been a communication issue, but that's all it takes to lose faith in them that a nice, honest job would have been performed.

We're so pleased with the way everything turned out. It all looks like I imagined and better. So glad we went with the bigger patio - it's very hard to picture what size would be best and my original idea would have been way too small. You always know best. It's not too big or too little/cramped. Just right for us.

The guys at Unique Landscaping did a big clean up, trim, edging and mulching project for me in June. They showed up on time, did a beautiful job with shrub trimming and laid 25 yards of mulch over 2 days. Three of my neighbors were so impressed that they asked for cards and two purchased services. Highly recommended.
