Mice and rats are active and a problem year-round. The problem gets much worse during the winter months when they enter structures in search of food and shelter. Once Rats are established they are very prolific and can add to their population quite quickly. A female rat can reproduce 15 times a year.
Ants are social insects that typically live in colonies, made up of workers and a queen. Ants will eat practically any kind of food, but are especially attracted to sweets. Ant identification is relatively simple due to their three distinct body regions: head, thorax and abdomen, as well as antennae.
The spider is a nuisance pest, probably more because of its webs than the spider itself. Because it is usually the spider most often encountered indoors, it is referred to "Common House" spider. There could be more than one sac in the web at a time and a female house spider may produce up to 17 sacs with up to 250 eggs in each silken sac.

The best method of termite control is to avoid water accumulation near the foundation of the home. Prevent termite access by diverting water away with properly functioning downspouts, gutters and splash blocks.

Cockroaches can spread nearly 33 different kinds of bacteria.

Tim Banwell is a true professional in his field. He knows more about ants, termites, and bees (wasps) and mice infestation. He is extremely steeped in training and has always been successful in the elimination of critters in my shop, house and yard. The wasps were terrible a year ago and he removed the nest.
