It’s rare that I will write a review about any business - good or bad. But I feel compelled with ACE. I’ve been working with them for a long time - and what started out as one small project years ago, has now become many projects over several years. Separate from their already existing solid reputation, they are genuinely sincere with their approach and there is never a concern about being over charged. It is really amazing to me how this company stays in business. I have called them on numerous occasions for various jobs and each time I am told that someone will get back to me to schedule an appointment within a few days and no one ever does. The same happened last week. I submitted an online inquiry about an estimate for a sliding patio door replacement. Someone called me last Monday to verify my inquiry and indicated that someone else will call me within 2 days to schedule the appointment (because apparently at Ace, it takes more than one person to schedule an appointment for an estimate).

I called and made an appointment for siding estimate. Rick called and said they are short staffed and can't make it and asked me to send pictures instead. So I sent pictures and never heard back. I emailed him and he said he will get back to me and never did. They just lost out on a lot of business because originally I wanted to replace siding on one side of the house but decided to do the entire house so the siding will match. I found another company that was more responsive and gave them the job. I assume Rick didn't want to waste his time on a small project but he could have got a bigger project

If you value your time and money, just find another company that doesn't sub out all the work. It's just not worth the mystery of "when" the job will get done; no one has any answers (but they DO have your money!) unless you consider "It will be done next week" an answer. Been waiting five weeks for a stair railings and installation that was supposed to take no longer than 3 (it's five stairs, it's not like we're doing the spiral at The Loretto Chapel here).

We installed 9 windows in our townhouse/condo and researched it thoroughly. I narrowed it down to Sunrise, Okna and Soft-Lite, possibly Slocumb. I went with Okna. Total cost was $7050; the final price Ace came down just a bit to $6750. From order to installation was what they said it would be, 8 weeks; this was because of the backlog due to COVID delays on this entire industry, every dealer said the same thing.
Okna 500 is a higher end medium quality window. I got estimates from Home Depot and Lowes, and Okna 500, beats anything from these dealers at a comparable price. The price was in line or

Jesus and his crew, were friendly and professional. Would have never known they were here when they were finished. They did everything to perfection. Maria from the office was an ease to work with and so friendly. They definitely are a great company and if we ever need something else done we will be coming back. I would highly recommend them.

My new roof and gutters installed by a company that Ace subcontracted (since they don’t do their own work) 4 years ago was done so poorly and incorrectly that I just had $10,000 worth of water damage to part of my home. I now have to call a different company to come and properly put a new roof on my house if I don’t want any more water damage. When I spoke to Ace about this, they told me “I don’t know what to tell you”...super helpful.
