Service itself was good but the pricing for parts and labor were predatory. Was partially my fault because I trusted them to be fair and reasonable and didn’t ask upfront for a quote. Fair and reasonable in reality is somewhat less than $300 not $471.88. I called to express my disappointment and suggested a significant refund would be appropriate but was told no!

We've always had Goodwin service our garage doors. Prompt, friendly, great work done. We had our garage doors serviced this week and the technician noticed the weather stripping was getting bad and we asked him to replace it. Wonderful job. If the lights are off, I can't see my hand in front of my face. I also noticed the garage doors are quieter opening and closing. Excellent job! Thank you.

I just spoke with Bud on the phone and found him to be very condescending and using an insulting tone. In my mind if he treats a person like that and doesn't know the person imagine if you had an issue? No thanks. I called MR Door out of Belton. Very friendly and professional. That's who I would call.
