Great experience from the first phone call. Got scheduled within 24 hours of my call. Jeff texted on his way and arrived in time frame. He was superb and did an excellent job fixing my broken sensor. He checked to make sure everything worked before he left and did not try to sell me unneeded parts. Wonderful experience and will definitely use them again if something goes wrong with my garage door.

I really want to provide a good review because I truly feel they are a good company, thus my reason for hiring them, but I really can't.
It started from the beginning. I was told items were in stock in the warehouse but then had to wait 6 weeks for items to arrive.
Then taking time off work yesterday to let the installer in between the 8 and 10 time frame they provided. The scheduler said they'd probably be here by 9:30. At 10:10, after I had arrived at work, they messaged that they were enroute. No communication that they were running behind. I provided the code for them to get in.
Upon completion
