Easy Peasy Moving

Called a week before my planned move date and had no problem scheduling. The guy that answers the phone is a bit casual so don't be surprised by that. The movers (Yelaman and his colleague) arrived on time and were very efficient, careful, and professional with getting all my stuff packed up and then unpacked at the new place. Highly recommend and I plan to use Easy Peasy again for any future moves.

Easy Peasy seamlessly executed on a major move from Pleasant Hill to Alamo. After speaking to Alex, he gave me a very competitive quote and offered to FaceTime with me to provide the best recommendations about how many trucks and movers we needed. Alex and Yelaman wasted no time moving my things out of my apartment. My doorway doesn't have much space but they managed to maneuver everything out in an hour. They took great care of all my furniture, wrapping everything in blankets and making sure it was brought to my new place across the bay safely. Prices are clear and fair. Would recommend to anyone!

Update 1 week later - now that my boxes are out of the way I can see that they put my couch back together wrong and apparently lost the crucial piece needed to hold it together. Im literally going to have to replace my entire couch if I want it to look normal again.

Unfortunate to have to leave this review as the movers themselves are great guys who work very hard. However the back office management is what makes this a company you should avoid. My floors were scratched during the move, brand new LVT floors. These things happen, and Easy Peasy is insured so I expected a straight forward remediation. They did a good job of surveying the scope of the job and giving you a good estimate of how long everything with take. They were also very clear on the terms and what it would cost.

They were polite and always asked about doing anything in your home. They wrapped up all my furniture with no extra charge and were professionals about how to lift and maneuver everything not matter how big or small.

From the start, they were accommodating when I had to change up the schedule and asked questions as I was new at this. Both Toktar and Yelaman was so helpful and so quick! This was my first time ever hiring movers. From the time I contacted Easy Peasy for an estimate to the end it was a good experience. I was provided with an overview of what's included and an estimate of charges. Instead of hassling on my own I knew it would be worth it to hire someone for the long distance move. Coordinating the move date and time was extremely easy with Easy Peasy Moving. I communicated with their manager, Aika, exclusively through Yelp.
