The crew was very efficient. A 3 man team moved my one bedroom apartment from Mountain View to Redwood City (driving time included) in 3.5 hours. They spoke and understood good English, which was important as communication while moving is essential. They were also courteous and took their shoes off every time they reentered the apartment and that is the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars for me.

Easily a five star moving company. We are very happy with their crew's performance, very efficient, and professional. They were extremely careful with our furniture and boxes. Wrapping almost everything is blankets and shrink wrap. Carefully transporting them. They placed every piece in the area we wanted them to go. They even disassembled and then assemble dining table and beds. We highly recommend them. Michael also took care of a minor problem we encountered promptly! Great customer service, as well.

I had a great experience with everlasting movers . They were incredibly responsive and helpful over the phone when I had questions. Delivery and pick-up were on-time and efficient. The workers were courteous and wore masks the whole time. I also loved not having to find, buy and tape up boxes. Better for me and the environment.

I had scheduled over yelp (and phone!) with Michael for Dec 20th ~ 8:30 to 9am. Yep right on time! My moving distance was only ~2 miles, and with 2 movers- it took 3 hours to get my 1 bedroom apartment furniture into the new place! Days before my move, I was debating on getting 3 movers instead but in the end I stuck with 2. I was so surprised on how efficient they were!

Wow. Great communication and accommodating. They moved from our townhouse to a single story and dropped off a piano to a friend's house, all in 4 hours too. This company was great: fast, efficient, clean, nice, and even worried about lining up carpets and furniture, not just placing it. They showed up 5 hours early (due to a last-minute cancellation), which worked out for us. The were more protective of the furniture than we ever are.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would give 10! Not only were they super responsive from the beginning, they were also very flexible with me during my very complicated move. What was supposed to be a simple move, ended up being multiple changes on my behalf because of our landlord. We had to change the date last minute, change the time last minute, and more. The owners and movers were graciously understanding and made it work for us.

They are probably the most efficient and trust worthy packers in the Bay Area. Book them well in advance cause they are so busy! They completed the job in 2 hours and packed everything into a 5*5 storage space. This would've costed me $300-$400 more if they weren't efficient with time and storage space so I tipped them $100. (moving is an arduous job, so please tip them at-least 30-40!)

The best Moving company I ever work with. I hired a different moving company on my first moving day (3 person for $180/hr) but technical only 2 person was working. The third person is more like a driver. I got so disappointment in working with them (Brother...) so on my second day I decided to call another moving company and I was so pleased with their work and price. They only charge 2 person for $100/hr but I feel like they were working for 3 people job. I will definitely RE-book them for any future moving service. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking movers.

We discussed everything over one call and confirmed the moving date. There was nothing like a deposit that was asked by the company prior to the move.
On moving day, the movers arrived on time, and even though, the payment was by the hour, the two movers were extremely swift but at the same time very careful with all my stuff.

I have used Everlasting Moving twice. The first time, I had a great experience, hence i called them the next time too. First time, two young guys came and help us move all our things in 2 hours. The second time, 3 guys came and moved the same items over 3 hours!!! They were very in-efficient and slow. I asked for only 2 guys, but without any prior notification, 3 guys showed up and told it would take 3 guys (even without taking a look at how much things I need to move!). Anyways they dragged it out to 3 hours, so we had to tell them to leave many packages in garage and we had to carry them in ourselves

All the communication was transparent and fine with the owner and I have no complaint about that. But moving day didn't really go as planned. We were moving mostly everything ourselves so we decided to hire the movers for the large items such as appliances and the beds. I had talked to the owner and he agreed that they can help assemble/disassemble the beds, hook up the washer and dryer, and mount the TVs.
Well, come moving day and basically the guys refused

I moved locally from a 2nd story 1 bedroom to a 3rd story 1 bedroom.
The guys wasted to time at all. They did not stop working at all. Most importantly, all my stuff was in one piece. They even asked me if they should take off their shoes at my new apartment, which to me shows a lot of care and respect.
I spoke mandarin, so I didn't even attempt to speak English with them. I get the impression that you may have a easier time if you are able to speak mandarin as well if you are hiring them.

Amazing help. I was really happy with this moving service! The crew showed up right on time, crew was efficient and careful with our items (wrapped and packed everything very nicely). There was not a moment wasted and they made sure to finish within the allotted time.
