This moving company was responsive even during the holiday's to schedule my move. I changed the dates several times and they were more than accommodating with the changes. They were punctual with their arrival time. They sent 2 very polite, hard work guys that worked nonstop for more than 9 hours.

This is VERY belated, but I've been meaning to post a review for these guys because they were LIFESAVERS for me and my husband's move last year.
They did an amazing and efficient job wrapping furniture, moving furniture (including massive stuff like bookshelves, a U-shaped sectional, a full wooden entertainment center, a king bed frame, and very heavy-duty tables) and boxes into the truck, and moving us from a house (we were renting a bedroom there) to an apartment... Without any elevators (we are on the second floor, up a flight of stairs).

Very professional. They were quick and efficient. Very careful handling the furniture. Took their time to wrap furniture in clear wrap and protective cloth. Put a runner down on the carpet to keep carpet clean. The staff were hardworkers and never took a break! I couldnt believe how they handled all the furniture without taking a break. They are worth the money. Make sure you tip the staff well! They deserve it! Dont waste your time trying to move yourself. A uhaul alone will set you back$200 bucks. Hire these professionals. They have their own moving van as well. They are also well versed in moving

I reached an agreement with this company on Sunday sep 19th to move from a house in Fremont to a house in San Jose.
I provided all the details they need for both homes. On the day of the move they text me saying they will be arriving late. We were scheduled at 1 to 3 pm. 3 movers, and estimated 6 hours.
The crew showed at at 4:44pm. They suggested to move half of the house today and the other half tomorrow evening. I already told them that i am renting this house and the cleaners will be on premises. They wanted me to cancel the cleaners and change my schedule because they were late.
Overall,

These guys were recommended to me and were absolutely awesome! I requested 4 guys specifically because I was moving out of a 2 story townhouse and into the 4th floor of a gated community condominium!
The guys were very hard working and were quick! My move was only about 6 miles away...but they never really stopped when they were moving me. I have moved a bunch of times and these guys are the only movers that didn't break any of my possessions!
I would recommend them in a heartbeat! They were very reasonably priced too. Peace of mind during a stressful time!

This is the 3rd time we used DragonSea and this is a review we due to them for years. The staff are polite, experienced and smart in disassembling, assembling, and arranging space in truck and efficient, I see they are serious about what they are doing and they did make a difference from other regular movers. The mover Alex is the best!

I had a great experience with Dragon sea movers!! When I first called about a week before I needed them, they scheduled me and also confirmed it the day before. On the day of, they did call to let me know where they were. They had even checked traffic before and avoided it, beating me to the new place. I've never had such a painless move. 100% satisfied. No hidden fees. Straight low hourly wage, very flexible to our needs and requests. All the emloyees were fast, freindly, and responsive. Helped assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.

Overall experience with Dragon Sea Moving from start to finish was excellent and went very smoothly. Scheduling with Brenda was easy. They had weekend availability and competitive pricing. Brenda was very responsive and communicated well.
Alex and his moving team were very professional, skillful and incredibly helpful, very careful about not damaging furniture/ walls/ floor, and worked super efficiently and quickly. I appreciated them removing shoes in the house. Masks were worn the entire time.

3. Rates are low based on quoted price. Catch is, they will ask you to buy meals for them. They'll eat in the truck and bill you for that time too.
4. Any bigger jobs, hire 3 movers or go with a company that has insurance. I hired 2 movers and they must have been tired even with me and my boyfriend helping because they broke so many things moving into the new residence. The new place has an extra wide front door and they smashed the dressers and trolleys into the doorframes, ripping the seal and denting the wood.

I had a truly excellent experience with Dragon Sea Moving. From the very beginning, they set very clear expectations of what to expect and how to make the move as smooth as possible. On the day of, the movers were actually early, called ahead to let us know that they were coming and their approximate ETA, and were incredibly hard-working and skilled at what they did. The movers themselves went above and beyond in the service that they offered. Their customer service has also been excellent. We accidentally left our key with the mover and we had to facilitate a drop off which was incredibly easy

A driver and 2 movers were sent out to help us with our move within San Mateo City. The movers were professional, quick, and no chit chatting except, to clarify with us what needs to go on the truck. Everything was loaded and unloaded within the pre-agreed upon hours. We tried to tip the 2 movers, and the driver. But the driver declined, saying it's the company's policy where the driver cannot accept tip. Hence, we gave his share to the 2 movers instead. Very happy with the move, and their efficiency. I have to add, our appt was at 10am, and hence was the first client of the day without any delay
