My college student accidentally locked his keys in his vehicle in the driveway of the home he's been renting down in Indianapolis. He was panicking because he wanted to get to class on time. He called Indy Lock and Key and they quoted him $29 to come out and assess the situation and told him there would be an additional fee depending on the time and the trouble it took to gain access to his vehicle. The locksmith came out, gained access to his vehicle within about 5 minutes and then charged him $140, saying he could turn it into insurance. We were not able to submit this claim and I feel they

Indy Lock n Key was extremely timely when I needed to have my locks changed. I called around 4 and they were to my home by 5 with locks changed in under 30 minutes! When I had an issue occur with one of the locks, they came by on the same day. Great customer service and friendly conversation - would recommend!

Called a local locksmith who had no one near me that could come unlock my back door for over an hour (this was at 9am on a Tuesday). I called ILNK and Guy arrived to save the day within 15 mins. He wasn't able to pick my lock without damage to my door, but still was able to get me in the house in less than half an hour. He was courteous and friendly; price was comparable to what I'd been quoted at the "other" service.

Very pleased with this service! Called for details this morning, had new key and remote for my car by 3pm!!!!!
They are a mobile service that came to my car location for service.
Not only was the technician professional and friendly, he took care to test the key and remote to ensure they function.

I work for a smart lock company and needed someone to assist my customer with the physical install. These guys were great and accommodated the evening time we needed. I called and got a same day service. Price for install was pretty reasonable. The lock wasn't installed right to work electronically (very easy to do, and it still worked mechanically). I called and they went out a second time to fix the install. They were very patience with me when I kept calling:contacting them to ensure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this service!
