Dustin is the most professional and knowledgeable A/C repair person I have dealt with. He took time to explain my numerous questions. He comes across as absolutely trustworthy and honest. He wasn't trying to push replacements or repairs I didn't need he just explained the benefits and cost. My unit is now in good shape but if I ever need repairs I'll use Air Control and request Dustin.

Over the summer my air conditioner went out. They got a new one as fast as they could for me. They were fast, and professional. They just got done doing an inspection of the plumbing in the house and made recommendations for what needs to be done. They aren't pushy like other companies in town. I am definitely sticking with these guys. Great people. Fair prices. I have no complaints.

We had a great experience with Air Control Home Service. Our AC went out on a near 120 degree day. The receptionist was very friendly and got us scheduled for a technician to come out same day. The technician called when he was on his way and when he arrived. He had us back in cool air within an hour!! Thank you!!

Definitely recommend this business. We got to our AZ home late on a Friday night hearing a water noise in the wall called Saturday morning to get someone out to look at it spoke with their answering service which had the tech call me within 30 minutes and out within the hour. Super thankful for a business that has such quick response times. The plumber was able to do the repair same day which found a leak from where the main enters the house.

I am impressed with the professionalism of Steve and Maria. Maria took my service call, and got me an appointment to get my faulty hot water heater swapped out as soon as possible. My appointment was for today, between 12-5. Steve arrived at about 12:30PM, and had my new hot water heater fully functional in two hours. The original company, Pruitts Plumbing sent a plumber who walked in, stuck his finger in the bottom of my old hot water heater, and told me that the hot water heater needed to be replaced; no kidding! Air Control just completed its first service call after installing a new HVAC system. They installed 2 mini-splits (garage and Great Room) and a new Trane HVAC system, and completed ALL of the work in one day, with no issues. We had worked with another local firm before this, but will never shop anywhere else! Air Control technicians are professional, and thorough. This was my first time using Air Control. I had Jeff come out and give us an estimate on a mini split for our garage. He was very knowledgeable on the products and did a great job of explaining the products to me. I decided to go with Air Control after getting another estimate and have no regrets. Jose the install technician did a great job and was very professional. I had to leave for work ,but when Jose was done my wife said he did great a great job of showing her how to run and control the unit. We will for sure use them again in the future.

We have been with Air Control since 2000. They are very reliable and the service has always been exemplary. We have had prompt emergency service as well. I would suggest buying into their one year contract for service, we ended up saving $300 when we had a capacitor go out. We especially appreciate Jonathan and his never ending knowledge.

No one showed up and I was told they called and said they were on the way but no one answered. Not true, my phone only showed one call from the previous day. A second person came on the phone and said I never called to confirm - the message says the contrary; to only call if the appointment time does not work or for any questions.
Did not appreciate insinuating that I was a liar. I do not care for someone not being able to accept responsibility for their mistake.

Jim and Jamie came out to our vacation home and gave me quote with several options to replace our 12 yo Goodman System. Prices were very reasonable and Jim explained the different rebates that were available. After researching and reviewing various systems, we chose a Trane packaged system. The professional office staff handled the old equipment testing for UniSource rebates and the system was installed in half a day. So far our Trane system is running very efficient and is so quiet when it runs you don't even notice it. Added convenience of the Trane wifi thermostat is so nice to set

Thank you for coming to our rescue! Great day on the lake, home by 5, showered by 6 and getting dinner ready for my out of town guests....temp. 112, a.c. shuts off. I called this company from yelp, immediate peace of mind with communication and approximate arrival time. Oh yeah, this was a Sunday evening. Long story short, Roy came early, diagnosed the problem and the charge was unbelievably reasonable!
