Norman McClash, our Affinity Kitchens Designer, is a real diamond. Norman recently helped my husband Nick and I with our master bedroom and bath complete remodel. He takes time to go over every single detail from cabinets, flooring, fixtures, paint color, lighting etc.
He came to our house numerous times to check on everything.
We never could have done this beautiful remodel without Norman and his impeccable eye for design and listening to everything we wanted.
Nick and I are truly loving our new bed and bath soo much!

My kitchen cabinets and remodel were done by Affinity in 2009. They still look like new. We are delighted with the excellent craftsmanship. Today, for the first time I had a drawer that I had over filled and I could not get it open. I tried everything. It was an inaccessible interior. I am a pretty capable homeowner but I was really frustrated. I called Marco at Affinity.They had not talked to me for eleven years. Jamie came right over and he freed the drawer in 10 minutes. It is a Friday during Corona virus. I am incredibly grateful. This once again validates our early decision to go with the

Tim our designer did amazing job ensuring all the details. The installation crew was highly professional. And the truth is with the size and scope of our kitchen we did end up with a couple of hiccups, but Affinity staff resolved every issue professionally and promptly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We knew of Affinity from a friend who had an excellent experience, and from their beautiful kitchen. Also, another friend recommended a specific designer . . . who happened to work at Affinity. So, from the beginning when we decided to redo our kitchen, Affinity, was the first stop. My wife worked as an interior designer, and we redid another kitchen in our MI home, so we had an idea of what it would cost. From the moment we met with Deborah at Affinity, we knew we were in good hands, and, ultimately, the price was in line with what we expected.

We had spoken to 3 different contractors and all had ideas about how to arrange our laundry/craft room. At the same time, we were replacing our kitchen island to include a large flat counter (rather than a high top.) The designer, Debbie Miller, did an amazing job from start to finish. While the previous contractors were willing to do what was needed, she went above and beyond and designed creative, new, and exceptional storage areas. We had the pleasure of working with Tim at Affinity. He is a smart designer who really understands the whole construction process, and I'd call him a great communicator who speaks "kitchen" fluently. I say that, because prior to meeting Tim, we had no idea of the incredible amount of choices and options we'd wade through to update a 20-year-old kitchen. Our goal was to improve the functionality of the current space, take better advantage of a great mountain view, reuse a few of the more recently purchased appliances, and create a warm and elegant space.
