A: We will remove and dispose of any flooring materials that are currently covering your hardwood floors. We will also prep the floor, and if needed we will repair damaged or exposed hardwood floors. Some customers prefer to do this work themselves and others prefer that we do this work. A: Water and pet stains are usually a black in color.
