He is personally involved in each project and is committed to providing the highest standard of professional services to our clients. Irene L. Alameida holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and provides business and construction management support.

Services
The success of a project from inception to completion is no small feat. The dynamics of budgeting, scheduling, obtaining a litany of approvals and building stakeholder consensus can easily cause a project to languish before one spade of dirt is over-turned. We have extensive experience and a strong track record of providing project management services to clients/owners with great success.
Our philosophy of construction management services is that it is an extension of providing architectural or project management services through construction. Our goal in this phase of service is to represent the needs of the client, assure fluid communication between design professionals and the contractor, and ensure the design and construction standards established in the construction documents are maintained.
The City of Ukiah enlisted Alameida Architecture with Aquatic Design Group to renovate their Municipal Pool complex. The project budget was very limited so the design team provided construction documents for phase one encompassing the renovation of their 25 yard pool and pool house. We also provided a master planning for future phases to add water features and other amenities to the facility.
Spreckels Temple of Music, Golden Gate Park Earthquake Repair and Seismic Improvement San Francisco, California. The Spreckels Temple of Music was designed by the Reid Brothers in 1899 and later altered in 1960 with a lower performance stage. The structure suffered major damage in the Loma Prieta Earthquake and was closed to the public.
The Opera House, built in 1932 with an annex added in 1976, is a historic landmark. It is part of the San Francisco Civic Center, regarded by many scholars as the finest manifestation of the City Beautification movement in the United States. While the seismic upgrade was the key priority, the closure of the House for the first time in its sixty-five year history provided an opportunity for crucial life-safety, facility and theatrical upgrades.
