I Ordered a cord of wood delivered THEY gave me the time themselves early morning. Not Only did they not come after I took work time off from work they never even called I left four messages during the day, Absolute rednecks unprofessional don’t use them or use Thompson’s native would totally professional and better wood

Rocky's need to get it together there is no communication. Called and asked for a quote, someone came out. I hired them, they came to do the job and said they could not do that for that price because they needed a lift. They re-quoted came out a second time, didn't do the work because they never made sure the lift was available for that day, didn't call the other company back just assumed the lift would be there. Had to re-schedule, this is now two days I took off from work to be there and still didn't get job done. When they did finally come they did a good job but we setup to have more tress

Had Rockys do some work for us this past summer. Once Ronnie came out, it took 5-6 weeks of me calling them to have them "squeeze in" our yard work. ( note, when he came to my house, he said they would call me the next week with a date for the job)
Job was left unfinished! There was a large tree in our yard that was not taken all the way down, there are large tree pieces in my yard, and trees where not taken down to stumps, as I was told they would be. The large tree ended up having a chain link fence around its base.... which I would have to remove. I only found out about this once I called rockys
