We work with our clients to fully understand their erosion, soil stabilization, or ground improvement issues, and implement solutions. We have repeatedly demonstrated the ability to organize and work with teams and officials to complete projects for our clients.

The Program is primarily for the repair and/or replacement of roofs, windows, and/or boilers with the potential to include additional systems as may be determined by the MSBA, contingent upon available capital funding and capacity.Dave Lager, the founder of NETCO, has 32 years of relevant construction experience.

He has worked in the heavy civil, public works, environmental, commercial and real estate development industry in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Dave has directly managed or overseen the construction of more than 100 projects with an approximate value exceeding $350 million, and has managed construction teams exceeding 50 contractors working on one site.

NETCO Construction Project Managers, Inc. was established in 1991 as a construction project management firm. Since then we have worked for many clients with a wide variety of project management requirements. In 1998, we introduced our Specialty Construction division which focuses on coastal erosion control and wetland restoration work.
NETCO Coastal Construction division focuses on erosion control, soil stabilization and ground improvement in zones of high erosion potential. We offer a broad range of engineered construction techniques to help our clients reduce the potential for erosion losses in coastal zone and inland marine, stream, and riverbank environments.
Since 1991 we have completed project management assignments including public works/public safety facilities, town halls, libraries, schools, condominiums, retail, specialty foundation and coastal zone environmental and erosion control projects. Our work has included new construction, historic restoration, and adaptive reuse.
The Essex Town Hall and adjacent Library has played a critical role in the Town of Essex for the last 120 years. The Massachusetts School Building Authority's Accelerated Repair Program is designed to provide funding for the repair or replacement of windows, roofs, and boilers in structurally sound school buildings.
After many years of planning, the Town of Sandwich approved construction of a new Harbormaster Office, Public Restroom and Garage Facility at its spring special Town Meeting. NETCO Construction Project Managers was selected by the Town of Oak Bluffs to be the Project Manager for the repairs to the North Bluff Seawall adjacent to the Steamship Authority Ferry Dock.
