They moved me 10/8/21 a bad EXPERIENCE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY BROKE ALL FIVE OF MY FLAT SCREEN TVS NOW THEY DONT WANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY BLOCKED ME. Also they broke my sons bed. Stay away this moving company usually I don’t write reviews at at but now I’m because my money don’t grow on trees.

We used The Phoenix Movers for our recent move from a 3-story townhouse to a single family home, and couldn’t be happier with the decision. The guys were fast, friendly, efficient, and affordable, and they didn’t damage any of our furniture. They also disassembled and reassembled the beds, which I found some movers were unwilling to do while gathering quotes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move!

We moved from a TH to a SFH and we have A LOT of stuff. The movers came on a Sunday (which apparently not all moving companies will do) and spent almost 11 hours moving our townhouse and two 10x15 storage units which were stuffed to the gills with bins and boxes. The movers did a great job disassembling all the beds and tables and then put them back together. They moved everything into the new house and put stuff in the rooms where we asked them to put it (my last move it was just dumped in the living room). I have heard horror stories about moving companies an these guys were great. Highly recommend

I've moved quite a bit and this is the worst experience I've had with movers. The moving crew was brand new, and it showed. They were beyond slow which resulted in the move taking at least an hour longer than it should have, meaning it was more expensive than it should have been. I understand new employees need to learn the ropes, but customers should not be penalized as a result. I had also requested wardrobe boxes which the crew forgot. Overall the experience was frustrating, slow, and disappointing.

The crew was super helpful with my 1 bedroom move. Super fast with loading and unloading, they got here on time, and they communicated with me spectacularly throughout the move. They also helped me move some large trash to the dumpster in my apartment building and wrapped my TV since I wasn't able to box it up. The service when I called them prior to the move was also professional; they answered my questions and concerns clearly and they communicated with me to confirm the reservation the day before the move.
