My house is located at the foothill and part of the handrail were collapsing due to water damage. This is not a easy to build deck cause involving the foundation. Ben came and gave me a quotation the second day and other company I contacted they were all busy and never returned to my call. The process went smoothly and Ben always answered my text within hours. His crew Lorenzo was also very helpful and professional to explain and build the deck and the foundation. Their price is fair and their work is fantastic. We contracted with Quartz Construction to remodel our 2 bathrooms, first the master bath, then the hall. We re-configured the master bath moving plumbing/electrical and made the shower bigger. They were a great help in making a small bathroom feel larger and lighter and making best use of the space. Our hall bath was a refresher with everything upgraded but kept in the same configuration. The crew was great, arriving on time, staying on schedule, and cleaning up daily. If we needed small tweaks or had questions it was no problem. First of all, these guys are rockstars. I never thought that I will say this about contractors - but they really impressed us with their professionalism and quality of work. We bought a new house with a big yard for our kids to run around (realizations during the pandemic), but it meant that we had to compromise on the quality of the house interior. It looked really old and didn't look renovated after it was build in the 60s. I started talking to general contractors to get it remodelled and was shocked by the timelines and prices being quoted. The quality of the design and build is evident throughout the house, and we are happy with the decisions Quartz Construction San Jose encouraged us to make that make the house custom to our lifestyle. Your team for fixtures, flooring, cabinets, etc. were very easy to work with and did a great job and providing value within our budget and helping us with the number of decisions that were required. Ohad and his team have done a variety of projects for us over the past year. They remodeled our bathroom, updated our electrical, finished our garage (including adding a new attic), replaced all our windows and doors, and resurfaced the stucco on our entire house. I really appreciate Ohad's attention to detail and how fast he completes each project. He is also always willing to answer any questions I might have, even if its on a Saturday night and I'm at the store trying to select windows. Ohad's foreman, Luis, is fantastic. Luis is very patient with my design requests and always delivers them
