Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Thought I was the only one to have a bad experience but the other review just about sums it up. Relocating from SoCal and have been to most of all the builders in this area and by far this place was the least friendly and helpful. Acted like I was bothering them and absolutely no follow up.

Heard good things about this company and builder in the past but seems like things have gone downhill. I was considering purchasing a new construction with them, but the selling agent rubbed me the wrong way. He was less than cordial and frankly condescending. I know it’s a seller’s market but geez act like you want my business. Also heard anecdotally previous buyers were less than pleased with the entire process from start to finish in terms of lack of communication, being non-responsive, not willing to work or compromise, and delays. I can see why having interacted briefly with the sales
