Went in for a Saturday morning appointment. Wasn’t pressured into anything I didn’t want or need. And the Manchester location has a wonderful waiting room with snacks and beverages….and my favorite, a window into the shop so you can actually see your vehicle being worked on. Very valuable to me as it is the one main reason I do most of my own mechanic work.

I purchased a certified preowned Mercedes from Team Nissan less than a year ago. With the purchase, I also paid almost $4,000 for a 3 year warranty. I just brought it in to have my first inspection sticker put on the car since I purchased it from them, and now all of a sudden it needs almost $1,000 worth of work to be inspected AND my warranty that would have covered the work expired by less than 2k miles!!!!!! I’ve brought the car to Nissan for other services such as an issue with my brakes pretty recently, but no one ever mentioned the control arm issue that’s stopping it from being inspected

The associate who took me in listened and took care of everything I needed. Small details like the foam barrier around the windshield puffing out, the edging around the tire wells was loose (things that never happened on the three previous Altimas I have owned) were noted and taken care of with no problem.

Great and efficient staff. We bought a used Tesla on a Saturday afternoon and everybody was professional, but also personal. Good communication before and after the sale and Lea our sales person had a plate on the car and ready to go when we arrived. The only down side is they have alot of Tesla and are moving in that direction, but the staff was somewhat unfamiliar with them in terms of giving us a intro to driving them. Overall, we'd go back.

Update: I have spoken with the GM and he has pledged that they will honor everything that was listed on the accessories list as soon as they are in stock.
I recently came in to purchase a 2022 Frontier. The sales man was very nice, and very easy to talk to, and the whole process was fairly quick and smooth. Unfortunately, what I didn’t realize until about a week after was, on the list of dealer added equipment, it listed “Nismo wheels, tires, lift.” My truck did not come with Nismo wheels or tires, and there is no lift on it. It also states that the increased price includes wheel locks.

While everyone there is nice. I was there for a routine state inspection like I do every year. I scheduled online. I arrived and checked in online and was created immediately. We waited for my vehicle to be done as we had things to do in town, do not live close anymore and did not find that driving two vehicles down to do an inspection was worth it to do our errands while we waited ( plus based on experience doing this makes the process of getting inspected longer)..... So I thought. 1 hour after dropping my vehicle off at the service department the nice woman who greeted us upon our arrival came

I had my Rouge serviced at team Nissan in Manchester about three weeks ago and I started hearing noises from the area that they "serviced" When I called them back they were extremely rude extremely

Recently went to Team Nissan to purchase a vehicle. First sales rep Jamie was arrogant and told me there would be no discounts as they don't need to because of inventory issues. contacted another dealer and found out that Team was adding almost $2000 to the price of a car, a premium because of low inventory. Called back Team and they agreed to waive the premium. Only reason I went back was they had the color I wanted. Finally asked to work with another sales rep Danielle and she was great. I recently purchase my SIXTH vehicle from Team Nissan and honestly would not even think of working with another dealership. The process is smooth, efficient, friendly, transparent and honest, qualities that are extremely important. Ralph, Sam, Jacob, and Peter made sure we were taken care of and well-informed through every part of the process. I drive from Maryland to purchase from Team and in this case, drove from Maryland to purchase and have a vehicle shipped to Portland, Oregon. I could easily go to a closer dealership but I just wouldn't. Team Nissan is superior in every way.

Had an appointment In service called and asked if it could be pushed a day back, told no problem. Then to today when I showed up the advisor told me it's next week now..... then he just stands there staring at me, I go to leave, decide to see if they have any sooner appointments. I show on my phone the booking text that they send you, showing the day he goes oh ok and still makes no effort to help me other than telling me the appointments I want are full.... If I could give this place zero stars I would I bought my 2009 Nissan Sentra from here in 2018 few months after buying the car I had a lot of exhaust issues took my car to a local garage where I found out that my exhaust was an aftermarket exhaust, so this dealership sold me The car without telling me this & here I am three years later still fixing issues with a faulty exhaust.. and it's frustrating as well because they also charge me $100 for a diagnostic fee on top of any additional charges for fixing the actual issue.. you know I wouldn't mind paying this much money if they actually

So if you have purchased a vehicle from Team Nissan that has radio issues, that is a factory defect that has no way of being resolved and have not been informed by Team Nissan you have been notified that they are aware that they are selling defect vehicles. As of 12/18/2020 they have notified the public that there are vehicles on their lot that are defective, have no resolution and they are selling them to the public. Be warned that it could be your vehicle, as they have no way of knowing which vehicle it could be, that you are spending your hard earned money on that has major electrical

After turning in the lease to our vehicle and purchasing a pickup from them I wrote the review. I was contacted by the general manager Ralph to rectify the situation. After some back and forth and refusal to understand my complaint he then projected the problem as me being RUDE. Instead of team Nissan trying to make it right due for all the info they withheld in the buying process he tells me to take my business elsewhere. Hahaha the truck still has a radio issue they didn't fix to begin with that they won't stand behind now and the free oil

Best car buying experience of my life! My sales rep Kris Dragon was awesome. Super knowledgeable, helpful and worked with me to find the right vehicle for me that fit my budget. The sales manager Rob Miller was involved in the whole process and explained everything in terms I could understand. He went above and beyond to make this work for me. Thanks to Jacob Clark the finance director who worked on getting me the best rate and making sure I was protected in the future. I love my Nissan and I absolutely love Team Nissan. I went in for an inspection sticker, oil change, and upgraded wash. I had to wait a little longer than normal but it was worth it! They're so attentive and accommodating. There was a misunderstanding on my bill and my advisor was totally sweet about it and he ended up taking my "Upgraded Wash" off the bill ($25)!
Definitely recommend this place over the Salem location.

I have tried to buy a car twice through Team Nissan. First time they tried to pull a fast deal of selling a car overpriced to me. Car didn't have items I wanted but could be added. Final cost was higher than new unwrapped car. Then would not return my car keys. Second time I went for a used car they advertised. Lied about the mileage by about 2500 and the fact staff was using it for personal use. How did I know... the phone was linked and played messages (all about the party)let's top all this off. Harrasment, everyday call and when they could not get me they started calling family

Of for the love of god....they have a "dealership fee" for any used car sale. Why do you ask? Because they have to have it in condition to sell....so a car wash and a vacuuming. Unfortunately they charge about $500 for this. I can get this done at my local car wash for about $50.
the staff is combative and defensive if you bring it up (the manager is proud that he boasts he charges family members fees. He must be a JOY at holidays. They get even more testy if you bring up all of their bad reviews.
Though they have the car I want, I am going to go elsewhere as speaking to them

Took a half day out of work to go see two different used Nissan Frontiers. The Sales manager and salesman through multiple text messages had many opportunities to tell me that there was damage to both frontiers.
YES DAMAGE !!!! Both 2019 used Nissan Frontiers had been hit in some way.....The sales manager NEVER approached me to apologize at all.
Advertising vehicles that are damaged and not telling people. I guess this is there way of just getting people in there.
Buyer beware this is the worst dealership i have ever been at.

To make a long story short, a few months ago my vehicle experienced an air bag recall issued out by Nissan but not specifically Team Nissan. Being an air bag recall (probable shrapnel in the airbag upon deployment) I would say that this was something that is extremely urgent and serious. I called two different Nissan locations (one in the state of Virginia and also Team Nissan in Manchester) and was told to bring my vehicle in, my vehicle would be kept on their property, and then I'd be issued a rental vehicle until the parts became available to fix my airbags.

I drove here to look at the car. The car had a big key mark down the side. While that didn't stop me from being interested in the car, I was hesitant. They offered me way lower for my car then any other dealership has (no exterior damage). Not sure why this place got so many negative reviews, but I had a different experience.
Went in to purchase a loaded Armada. Did our homework and knew what the fair market value was and all dealer incentives. Also knew the wholesale auction price of our trade-in based on condition. Made a fair offer based on both values and they accepted. Easy peasy. They are aware that the consumer is more educated now and seem to embrace it.
Only hiccups:
1. The carfax on our trade-in came in to show frame damage based on a previous accident. Not their fault at all as they were very up front with us
