I purchased a car from RH Cars and cannot be more thankful for the incredible service I experienced during the process. I was in the market unexpectedly for a new car after being on the receiving end of a rear end collision. James assisted me in finding a preowned SUV and walked me through the process of getting a car loan (with an excellent interest rate!) and with getting the vehicle registered since I am out of state. Absolutely Horrible, I wish I NEVER drove in here bought a 2012 Audi Q5 SUV and in under 6 month's it's been declared not drivable and completely totalled do to all the excess water that had been coming in for years now has over $15,000 dollars worth of damage and insurance will not cover, only reason it was discovered was lights started flicking on and off brought it to garage for a service and the pictures they sent was horrifying and it should never have been on the road it was a fire hazard everytime I turned the key, and while there it couldn't even pass inspection because the owner of RH

Basically nice folks here. I have purchased other cars here in the past. I didn't see anyone here I remembered. Must be new people. I bought a white 2013 Nissan Pathfinder about 2 months ago. Nothing but repairs have been done to this car. Seems every week or two it's something else. Exhaust leaking, wheel bearing is bad, and hatch liftgate supports rusted out and broken. If this were my first car bought here, this review would probably be 1 star with more hostile language. When all else fails... give this dealer a try!
Went to Kia in Manchester, test drove a Sorento and loved the car. I've been a cash and carry person for numerous years, no credit card, no debts. The finance guy says I have a zero credit rating, nothing derogatory, just blank. They can't finance me. Looked for a used Sorento and found one at RH. Went to the dealer and spoke to the manager George. I explained my situation and didn't want to waste his or my time. He contacted the Credit Union (DCU) and they financed me, gave me a credit card along with my foreign wife! The process

I found this place on Car Gurus and went to look at a vehicle. Joe must have spent an hour and a half with me. He did everything he could to help me check out the vehicle, answered all my questions, and was very friendly and low pressure. The vehicle was very nice and I was tempted but ultimately decided I was getting too old to drive a standard. At my age you never know when an arm or leg will quit working for a while. Eventually I found a vehicle just like my old one (which I loved) with an automatic so I have that now. But RH was the best dealer experience of my car hunt, far above everyone
