Special kudos to Kedwin for all the help in the vehicle purchase I had made, helpful throughout from the moment I walked in. Sales Manager was also helpful in addressing a question I had and was transparent, which I appreciated. Lastly, thank you to the finance manager for understanding the coverage choices I had preferred. Most dealerships will show you these coverages and strong-arm you into an option you may not want or need. I'll certainly recommend the team to family and friends in the market for a Nissan.

This review is long overdue. The gm, was a great stand up person. Solid, respectful and kept his word when his salesman made a mistake.
Given a long enough timeline, everyone makes a mistake. The GM took care of it with a smile.
The vehicle I got was solid and mint condition. Price was fair.
When I buy another car, I will absolutely check them out.

Buying a car on a good day can be stressful. Buying a car when there's not much out there due to a worldwide pandemic can make your head spin. Tim Williams the sales consultant was very knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted , selected what was available to demo on their lot and took the time to explain the details of each car. I eventually found what I wanted.
Once paperwork was done he spent more time going through the electronic safety features as well as set up the new electronics system which would have taken me some time to set up .
By they time I drove off with the new car I had a good understanding of the upgrades
My husband and I had a pleasant experience with this purchase

Exceptional experience with every staff member at this dealership. Very professional and listened to my needs. They did not try to keep haggling with me. I explained my financial situation and they made it work for my wallet. Kind, friendly and actually had fun for the first time at a car dealership. Now that is something to brag about. I needed 3 vehicles (a pair of 2019 Nissans & 1 2005 Jeep) inspected so telephoned to get appointments for the two Nissans for a Saturday morning just a day or two before. I made an online appointment for the Jeep 2 weeks later- but for the following morning. I was told to expect 30 minutes per car as I would waiting for the car(s). The waiting area was bright and clean and had comfortable seating and a large screen TV. There are other chairs with high tables to work on if needed. There are USB charging ports at many (all?) seats & tables for mobile phones and free WiFi. There is

Took my car for its annual inspection. The service manager was incredibly rude. I don't believe he knows how to spell customer service. He should not be talking to anyone in the public. On top of that they did not properly inspect my car according to New Hampshire state law. I sure hope nothing happens or they will be held liable. Please don't take your car here. Even after speaking to the general manager nothing happened. They literally don't care about you so please don't care about them. I would give them a negative star if that was a choice. In the past we had great service

I was given attitude from an employee and when I requested a manager, the manager was of no help. He took his employees side before even hearing my problem with the situation.
A good manager would have apologized on his employees behalf.
This is also not the first negative experience I have had with this dealership. People I know have purchased vehicles from them that were not up to spec. For example:
My friend paid top dollar for a car that failed inspection for brake pads and we had to fight on the phone with Nissan for a half hour just to get them to change them

While I absolutely believe everyone has a right to their own political decisions I also believe if a business publicizes their views, I have a right to react. This owner does the "Trump dance" in his commercial. He knows what he is doing. That raises a COVID concern for me due to the disregard of health recommendations by Trump fans. I will never do business here.

I saw a car on their website, so I made an appt. to go see it. It's about an hour from my house, so I made sure I got a confirmation text that morning. We got there, and asked for the person I was told to. Another guy came over, and told us that the car had been sold two days ago. He then offered me another car like the sold one. He knew what my numbers were, but this car was about $4000 more than the first one. And, even though I had a pre-approval, they ran my credit. Visibly upset, I said we were done. They offered to buy me some gas, but they couldn't give me money, or a gas card

I took my car in to Patriot Nissan to get two things looked at. The first thing I wanted them to look at was my window. Earlier that week I had just rolled up my window and it went off track and cracked. I had it replaced but wanted to have a Nissan dealership look at it so whatever was broken that made it go off track, could be fixed so it wouldn't break my new window replacement. The second thing was a braking sensor in the front of the car. I dropped my car off Friday morning, and I got a call back on Saturday saying that the sensor looks like it was broken from a previous wreck. it was

Disappointed that this dealership refused to accept a MA-based lease return as they are contractually obligated. Even worse was the excuse: "lot is/was full." I am willing to bet that had I been willing to renew a lease or buy another vehicle at the time, there would been space.
While other companies and individuals are rising to the occasion and going above and beyond to help during a crisis, Patriot creates excuses and turns their back on a task they are contractually obligated.
I won't forget this next time i or someone I know is in the market for a Nissan!

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! Brianna was incredibly welcoming, down to earth, and worked to find me exactly what I wanted. Manager James was also fantastic. Super friendly and respectful of my budget. I never once felt like I was being spoken down to or up-sold. They have managed to remove all of the stressful and negative aspects of purchasing a vehicle. If their service team is anywhere near as great as these two I will definitely be a loyal customer for life!

I needed an oil change and a sticker so I called Nissan in Salem because it is a convenient location. I didn't know they were under a new owner since January 2019.
Friendly and accomodating. No hard sell on other services. Fair price and super quick turn around.
