The Jaffarian family has been part of the Merrimack Valley community for generations with our grandparents starting a 'filling' station over 75 years ago in Haverhill. Years later, we are still family-owned with both 3rd and 4th generations actively involved in the day to day operations at Jaffarian Volvo.

Just purchased 2019 Chevy truck 2 weeks ago. truck is leaking oil on side of road. Called dealership who doesn't stand behind any promises will not get me a loaner as repairs are done. The service center must not look over cars they sell because a 2019 Chevy Silverado with 30k miles must have had an issue before selling. Do not purchase from them they are crooks who don't care about the customer once they leave the doors.

What a nice easy car buying experience! We needed a nice reliable used car for our daughter. We found exactly what we needed on Jaffarian Volvo's website. I called and was connected with Tim Page of the sales team. We made an appointment for later that same day. When we arrived Tim had the car ready for us to test drive and less than two hours later we had completed the whole purchase (Mo is also great!) and were driving her new car home. VERY disappointed in our experience. Purchased a used Volvo 8/21, that wasn't a bad experience. Unfortunately, my wife did not like the car as she felt it was too compact. She went in and looked at a larger car, but they offered her $1500 less than what we originally paid for our car two months previous! I then asked for the title on the car we owned outright(as we still had not received it) and were told it was mailed to Mobile, Alabama by mistake, no apology given. They ordered a duplicate from the Registry, received it and instead of paying the extra money to overnight it to us, knowing we needed

I unfortunately had gotten into a bad car accident where I was hit and my car was totaled. I work crazy hours and needed to find a car quickly and I wanted to get a safer car then what I was driving and that’s where Jaffarian Volvo really stepped in and helped me.
