Will not be returning to cornerstone. So dissatisfied, I dropped off my vehicle to have it serviced because it wouldn’t start. They ran a diagnostic on it for well over a few days….. It had been days with no one even checking in to let us know it was being looked at. Every single time over the duration of the 2 weeks my car was there, I had to call to get an update on the vehicle. It was during the week of Christmas, it’s the simple fact no one reached out. My husband and I bought our latest Mitsubishi from Josh Roberts and we couldn’t be happier! Joshua provided excellent customer service and made the sales process seamless. The absolute highlight of our experience was the Finance Manager, Rick Roberts. We followed him here from another dealership because he was the ONLY person we trusted to help us. Not only did we get his wonderful, caring personality but received superb service. He made sure we got the very best deal and, when we had a family emergency, he even had our car delivered to us. Through the years they have earned my trust. When they tell me it is time for a specific service, it is not for their bottom line...but my safety.

I usually love going here but my last experience with them was a little awkward. I was the only one wearing a mask in the service department and as I was waiting for my car the mechanics and a customer decided it was time to trash talk wearing masks. I understand everyone has different opinions about it but I felt as though it was rude and inappropriate to disregard that fact that I was sitting 10 ft away from them. Wear a mask/don’t wear a mask, I don’t care but just be mindful of others.

The sales man X calls me @1:43 PM 12/6/21 (call took 33 second) to see if we were still interested as we could not agree upon a price. I advised him kindly we have purchased another another SUV and are no longer were interested. He shockingly asks me "oh you found a Pilot for $478 a month in a mocking way like I making it up and then he straight up asked me to bring it by so he can verify the car I got for 478 a month. Then hangs up on me when I am advising I am not comfortable with that comment. Like are you kidding me. Such arrogance, okay we could not agree on price and

Jane is WONDERFUL!!! She was extremely informative. Being a young female, it's typical that people in this industry try and rip me off. Not at this Mitsubishi dealership. I couldn't speak more highly about this place. If my family didn't live on Long Island, I would recommend this place to them as well!!

I called multiple Mitsubishi dealerships about getting work done on my car and they all told me they couldn't see me for at least a week. Your dealership took me the next day, provided a temporary vehicle (which I was not expecting), and car was fixed early the next day. You were so thoughtful and I could not have asked for a better experience. Even though you are not the closest dealership to me, I totally will be going back!

Everyone is always so wonderful and welcoming here. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, which is strange for me, personally, to say about a car dealership and having to get my lease worked on, but I genuinely really love the people who work here and always have a great time chatting with everyone. The guys in the auto shop are especially friendly and sweet, will hopefully see you all again next time!
