My experience in buying a car from Auto House USA was seamless. Being from NH I never thought I would purchase a car in MA but my online search led me to a used car at Auto House USA! Ali and Mike were both great guys, easy to work with. Very honest. Mike was over the top, after I bought the Range Rover, Mike had a bunch of work done to the engine to make sure the car was perfect. I then had the car checked out at the Land Rover dealer near me, additional items were found on the boarder line of needed to be repaired. I told Mike, he took the car back and repaired the three items with no question asked as a warranty item. These three items would have cost over $3K at the dealer. I bought a 2013 Nissan Rough at Saugus Auto Mall and it was a great experience! It was quick, easy, and hassle free. The salesman and financial specialist took the time to answer all my questions and were transparent so I really understood the process and the break down of the total price. The whole experience was easy, welcoming and actually nice. I went there not even thinking of buying anything but I was offered exactly what I asked for my trade in and I found a 2012 white Mini Cooper there that I actually love. I would buy another car from there no questions asked. I have had my mini for about 2 months and have had no issues with it. All the questions I had were answered and I drove off happy.

During the summer of 2019, my mother and I were on the hunt for a used car for me to go back to school with. The guys there are straightforward, no-nonsense type guys who didn't talk my ear off making deals, I would suggest preparing your questions ahead of time and ask as many as you want. They were open with the pre purchase inspection and additional repairs needed, and it was easy to communicate with them before, during and after my purchase.
I am really happy with my purchase (3 months ago) and would go back for quality used cars.

Bought a 2009 Chevy Tahoe LTZ just about a year ago and of course I over paid but I love the car, I also purchased the extended warranty, now the truck has had nothing but issues and has been to the dealer tons of times within the past year it's none stop. Now the dealer has just brought to my attention that the frame will be needing a replacement or major repair. I would stay far away from this place at all cost.

N Aug. 2017, I bought a 2008 Jeep from Auto House. I left the car for 10 days for the dealership to finish getting the car ready for pickup yet also had to drop it off 4 times the following 2 weeks after purchase due to repair issues with the vehicle. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had to spend 1200 dollars in repairs to this vehicle and still have another 1300 in repairs that are left to be done due to faulty issues with the car, tires, and to repair an accident that was never disclosed to me. I had to do a $500 brake job in late September because calipers on both front wheel were cracked

Great experience! Bruce and Jason were very helpful and no pressure experience. First time went in and test drove the car. Left without having to feel like I had to buy it and went back home to think about it. Came back a week later to make the purchase. They handled all the paper work on their size and was a breeze. I purchased my 2010 BMW X3 from this place. They are like any other dealership, you should always go car shopping prepared and know how to bargain. They are not high pressure which I appreciated, and they did give me a pretty good deal. The car is in great condition, my mechanic even asked me where I bought it because it is in such good shape! Mike who owns the place agreed to put new brakes before we picked it up because I noticed they were a little worn. I give 4 stars because I don't give five stars, nothing is perfect :)

This place is a ripoff! They sold me a used car that broke down twice in the first 60 days after purchase and 3 more times since than. I have spent about $10,000 in repairs and of course the overpriced crappy warranty they sold me covers nothing! My guess is that the positive reviews here are fake purchased write ups. Needless to say I will never buy from this place again!

Spoke with a guy this morning about a 2007 land cruiser.
WORST salesperson I've ever spoken to. Rude, curt and completely disinterested in talking to me or entertaining any offer on the vehicle. When I mentioned about negotiating a price he gave me a price that was HIGHER than listed! Saying "well, we are negotiating aren't we?"
Seriously who says that!
I can only imagine their business must be flourishing in this economy and they simply don't need the sales. My offer was fair and above KBB, he said "why would I sell it for that when I could get asking price!"

I met the dealer in their other location to simply look at the car. I searched online, searched other dealers and private sales. This was price wise, the best deal going for the car and price I wanted to pay. I didn't negotiate. I didn't haggle.
The car was purchased, picked up and had a minor problem which they took care of immediately and without incident.
Car Sales people are all slime. Like Politicians it just goes without saying.

I looked at a chrysler 300 at Auto House and dealt with Brian the manager. The car had just come in and i was pleased to see them detailing the car and redoing the brakes prior to selling it. this place is very small but has relatively high end cars and no junk. I saw audi, acura, lexus, BMW, etc. on the lot. a nice place to go for a high end used car.
I ended up finding a used car with the right color and options elsewhere but would definitely return. I found Brian to be friendly and non pushy. a first rate organziation.

Terrible. I bought a "Certified" Audi from them and had nothing but problems. Fortunately, most of the problems surfaced within the first month of owning it and were covered by their joke of a 30-day warranty.
