Terrible experience. Sold me a car, let me take it all the way home (hours away) then called me back in two days later saying they forgot to do something with the car... when in reality they sold it to someone else for a higher price behind my back. What a joke of a place. Would never recommend to ANYONE.

My son's car broke down and we were looking for him a early college graduation gift and came across Grace Auto. I was a little skeptical but I must say they surpassed my expectations. My Sales person Chris Williams was great. He was upfront, friendly, thorough and very funny. Although I spent a little more than I had planned, eating ramen… noodles for a while, my son is very happy with is car and the service at Grace Auto Group was phenomenal. Rob the Manager was great as well, not pushy at all and very polite and understanding. If you are looking for a car, I say drive on over to Grace

I purchased my Rav 4 from Grace Auto in December. I was clear on how much I wanted to pay as I am a health care professional on a tight budget. Dan showed me a vehicle that he knew was out of my price range and told us one price and in reality it was four thousand over my budget. Shame on us for not looking over the paper work thoroughly. We were… given a lengthy speech about Grace auto's integrity and in reality they have none. I love my SUV but if I could go back I never would have purchased from Grace Auto Group. Take our advice and take your business elsewhere.

A tree fell on my Volvo XC90 that I LOVED last week. I did not feel like going through the process of searching for a car or being SOLD a car that I didn't want. This place is the absolute best! Bryan, was a spectacular salesman. He asked what I wanted and made sure I got just that, at an amazing price. Im in love with my new Mercedes, its like new for half the price. I recommend all to buy here, you wont regret it. I've been car shopping for almost a month and I came across Grace Quality Used Cars. Their professionalism and friendly environment is much different from other used car dealerships that I have shopped at. I was not in need of a car but started shopping after seeing a BMW X-3 on another lot and found I could actually afford to drive in luxury without breaking the bank by just going for a car a few years old. I was looking at about a dozen cars in a 5 year age range with a variety of options.
Grace had a 2015 X-3, average miles but the best equipped. Their price was lower than book value which was rare for a BMW. If I could give a lower star review I would. Absolutely the worst experience. I was told that we had 72 hours to decide if we wanted to return the car or not after purchasing, as soon as I pull off the lot the car I had just bought started bogging (felt like a death trap), after 10 minutes of trying to drive home we decided to go back. They wouldn't let us return the car even after we got the 72 warranty. Then tried to tell me it wasn't bogging and it was fine. 5,300 for the car alone not including the 2,500 I had to invest in. Don't go here it's a scam.
