Called for free estimate for tree trimming and tree removal. I was told someone would come. Two weeks later, called again and was told they were really busy but we were on their list. They should be out shortly. No one ever came out or called. It has been weeks now and we had the Work done by someone else. Nice business model! Thanks for nothing.

I'm only giving one star because I have to. Called for an estimate to have some stumps removed. A woman stopped by that day and took a look. I asked that the bid be sent by email. Later that week I called for an update, and was told it was on her desk and she'd get to it over the weekend. That was a week ago. I can't attest to their work, but I can certainly attest to the unprofessional way that they conduct business. It's all about communication, lady. I'll head to Craigslist and find somebody.

I had Ms. Hunter come and give estimates for trees in our HOA. She spent almost 3 hours walking my neighborhood in pouring rain and she inspected trees throughout the development. Ms. Hunter, a certified arborist, educated me on the different types of trees and proper pruning. She is professional and conservative. I felt that she wasn't out to make a bunch of money, but rather to care for our oxygen producing trees. She even has a pamphlet that details proper trimming. I am so grateful for her time and willingness to share her knowledge. If I could give 6 stars I would!

This company knows NOTHING about customer service or running a business ..... and they do not care. We got their name and number from a friend and on 10/31/2014 called to make arrangements for pruning of a tree in our back yard. Paula was our contact and per her she owns the company. Arrangements were made and they came out and left an estimate on our door. One month and two no show appointments later with out a phone call to let us know what happened, Paula told us last night we should contact another company because she did not have time for the job. Then why lead us on for a month and scheduled

The 1 star is a gift. I called for a quote. They said they'd get back to me in 2 days. It took 2 weeks. I called back, took return call 2 weeks again with a quote. Then, they showed up and told me quote was bad and they would call me for further information. They never returned call. I would NEVER refer them to anyone. They simply didnt care for my business. Shame on me for letting them string me along for a month.
