We utilized this service and could not believe the nightmare that ensued.
When the truck arrived the person in charge immediately started to find ways to increase the charges. We were told that the contracted amount was a firm price so we balked at this effort. Then we were told that the price would stay the same only to be told after everything was loaded that the price would be more than a thousand dollars more. The customer service was extremely poor. I had to call the customer service line to even find out that my whole shipment had “fell through”. No dispatch or customer service rep ever contacted me. Once we found out,
we were initially told that the shipment would be pushed back by a week. A couple hours later we were told that they had no trucks at all. The only helpful person was a manager, Lauren, who helped us get a full refund for our deposit. Bottom line, do not use this company unless you have a massive window of time to accommodate.

Called for a quote for moving, at first the agent was very nice and helpful. I stated I needed to speak to my roommate before making decisions and he became very pushy and kept requesting me to continually call her to get the deal right then on the phone. I said I understood that the deal they made over the phone would no longer be valid and that I would call back after we made a decision. He stated, "yeah, please do me a favor and don't call back". Very pushy and rude. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Had a contract, "non-refundable", Now I know why.
They called 2 days ahead and committed to be there. I had to drive (6) hours only to have them call and say they weren't coming. I canceled and immediately hired another mover. OH, no refund??? What a scam!! Beware!! It's totally their timing and they DON'T CARE!

Started off professional. Let him know I had a quote that was too high from another mover. (Not my 1st rodeo) I told him price was biggest factor. He preached their service. Qouted me $7,100 for my move from Akron to Jacksonville. Still way to high. I told him that was too high thanks but no thanks goodbye. Then I got calls and these unprofessional text lowering the price and insulting me. Comparing these guys to used car salesman is a disservice to used car salesman, they don't deserve to be compared to these bottom feeders.

I called for a quote and after going through whole process they gave me a quote and pushed for me to give security deposit right then. I said I couldn’t commit today they came back with lower rate, explained I couldn’t today and was told quote was good for 24 months..blah blah I said not today manger got on and gave me a lower quote again I said not today he laughed and said I was not worth working with and hung up on me..never ever recommend these guys

I called for an estimate for an out of state move. After spend a lot of time on the call with a rep the quote they gave was $4171, when I said that was high they lowered it to $3371.39, he put his manager on the phone, reminiscent of the old telemarketing days when the manager can get you the best price, I wasn’t asking to haggle, they were the ones that initiated the “haggle” their final price was $2810.35. When I wouldn’t commit to making a reservation they did the usual used car salesmen move, “what can I do to earn your business today” I said I was still getting quotes. He said
