After numerous attempts to unclog the double sink in my kitchen for several days, we called Motor City and they came out the same day! Ben and Josh were polite and efficient and worked about 1/2 hour to unclog the drain. Thanks Ben and Josh!

Had Motor City Plumbing and Drain out for a camera inspection and line replacement. Nick and crew were great; very friendly and knowledgeable taking time to explain all aspects of the job. Could not be more satisfied with the work, completed professionally and timely. 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone needing any plumbing work!

Contacted Joe this afternoon (12-5-21) on a Sunday, while the Detroit Lions were beating the Vikings to arrange for my daughter’s toilet to be unclogged. He was able to determine the cause of the problem and fix it within in minutes of arriving. Extremely responsible for after hours service. His magnet is now displayed on the family fridge. Will absolutely use his services in the future.

Quick and efficient. Tim and Duncan were wonderful. They explained what they were doing and made a bad situation easier to deal with. I will be using them for any future plumbing issues.

Noah and Nick came out to install shower diverter and shower handles for my tub. They both were very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! They explained what they were gonna do and answered all my questions and concerns about the job being done. They even cleaned up after the work was done. Well, where do I begin!? If I could give this company way more stars,I would! It was flawless! First of all,I needed a company asap,as a pipe broke in the basement. I called at 11:15 and they had someone out at 12:05. It was Friday. First thing Monday morning Josh and Duncan were at work! The whole job was finished with perfection! Josh is very talented and his professionalism absolutely shows in his work! I am,without a doubt,a customer for life!!! Highly, Highly recommend MCP. Prices are reasonable also! Just another perk. Kudos to Andrea too for putting me at ease with her kind,caring ways!

Tim and Noah were great! They are 2 very pleasant men! Had them come out for a second opinion from another plumbing company. They are great people and very funny! It was nice having a laugh with them while they checked everything out for us! Great people, great customer service, great energy and on top of everything the most important they are very trustworthy. I also loved how the office answered same day I called and got me on the schedule! If I could give them more then 5 stars I would! If your looking at reviews to find a plumber, look no more.

Motor City Plumbing is fantastic! Tim and Noah did a thorough job of repairing my leaking waste stack. Specializing in old home repair, Tim went right to the source of the problem. The old stack, hidden in the wall, had cracked and he and Noah made sure the repairs were complete and not patched over. This will last the next 100 years! The clean out was replaced and made accessible. It had also cracked from age. Quite a messy job, but done with excellence. I also had a vanity installed. This old house needed special care to get it in place. Tim and Noah took the time and care to get the job done

I can’t say enough about this company. Called on Monday morning to get a estimate. Job done Monday evening. Price was slightly less than everyone else and could do it right now. Not a week later like everyone else. I dealt with the owner Mike. Small business owner who made me feel like I was his top priority. I will recommend this guy to everyone.
