I had a problem with a three wire harness coming lose,had you out to find out how to keep it together.George came out zip tied whole wiring so it couldn’t wiggle lose.he was very professional,yet friendly,gave me info on questions I asked didn’t try to push a new a/c but when I asked for an estimate he gave me one .said if I had anymore problems to call him he’d come out because he knew what problem was .I will be getting a new a/c come spring and it will be from you!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Detroit Furnace. The installers were here from 10:45am to 1:42am and they did not clean up before they left. One of the installers urinated on my bathroom floor. They… left my clothes on the floor, some of my items were dishelved, and screws were found throughout my basement floor. My thermostat was not left properly and they did not explain my unit to me before they left. They wanted me to sign a receipt saying that they worked ten hours. It took me two hours to clean and sanitize my house after they left. The installer had to leave the job three

I will for sure be using Detroit Furnace, my mom’s furnace went out after 5:00 and George from there was over within 15 minutes found the problem and was fixed in to time. But doing a courtesy carbon monoxide test found it was over normal numbers and rising. If it wasn’t for him my mom probably wouldn’t woke up tomorrow. Thank you George!
