I called another AC repair service company first because that is who I had been using. My AC went out on July 25th and I called the that I had been using. They came out on the 26th and said it was a capacitor. So they replaced the part. When I got in from work the next morning the fan would not come on. The same company came out on the 27th and said it was a blower motor. The gentleman said he would order me one and it would take 3-4 days to come in. I called the company on 7/30 (Friday) and he said the motor was not in yet. I called him again on Monday 8/2 and Tuesday 8/3 and was told the same

I sent e-mail to Roy Rodgers Air Conditioning & Heating for an appointment. I received a quick and courteous response followed up later with a phone call to confirm when he could get there to check it out . He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and explained how he would repair it . He give the cost to repair up front and after repair stayed to make sure the unit was operating correctly. Ro Rodgers is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will call on RR HVAC for any work needed in the future and would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work.

My experience with Ro Rodgers was great. He was very responsive and professional. He was very informative-letting me know the issue and how he would correct it. His prices were very reasonable, and he didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need. My air is working now, just in time for 90+ degrees!
