Fantastic moving service! They did a free estimate over Zoom to inventory our furniture and to decide on what truck size and crew size they would need They had excellent communication prior to the move including the day before/morning of because of winter weather delays. The movers worked very hard and very quickly the entire time and protected our furniture well. They moved our furniture and a lot of boxes from our 3 bedroom house into our new place in about 4.5 hours. The movers will very friendly and ensures that the furniture and boxes went where they were supposed to go. Not a single piece

Unfortunately I have to give this company a 1 star because of the bad experience I’ve had. Here are the details
I had reached out to the company and very clearly defined that I had a large and expensive table that will need to be moved from one house to another with stairs. They had confidence they could do the job. Initially they had stated it would just take 2 individuals to do the job, but after some conversations and my persistence in how heavy and large it was, we agreed to 3.
I’ll state that the customer service reps and the individuals that I spoke and worked with were nice people

This company was the worst we have ever used!
They damaged our furniture, broke our fridge, damaged the floor, and have yet to pay us back. It's been 8 months now and every time I check the status on the check, they say it was sent, oh we forgot to send it, we came into an error, we're reissuing, I'm out of the office, etc etc. The video below shows they did not use the right dolly for the fridge, did not have it strapped down, and did not have two people bracing it. The guy that moved the chair was high as a kite too , which we found out after when I heard him say "I'm so high right now" on the

Our fridge was damaged when dropped also damaging the floor. One of the movers was caught on camera saying he was super high. And when an agreement was reached with the company to settle the amount of damages, no payment was made. Mind you it’s now been 9 months with no resolution. Hands down the worst experience, I wouldn’t trust this organization with anything.

We can’t express how much we appreciate the time and commitment from this team. They went over and beyond for us to get our business up and running, the team of movers are ambitious, professional and very nice. Rico’s can-do attitude is so contagious, we had no doubts they would get our oven moved over to the new location. Chris spent several hours researching how to safely get our equipment from one location to the other and everything went so smoothly. Shout out to Chris, Nick and Fabian. There was some kind of glitch where I thought we were booked but on the day of - we weren’t booked. Chris was able to get a crew together. Nick and Fabian did an excellent job and really performed a miracle - we couldn’t have done it. It was a really long day for them but they were very courteous calling me to… update me on when to expect them and delivered everything just as it was. Moving is stressful for sure, do yourself a favor and call up Miracle Man Movers. They were polite, super professional, and fast! The provided us with a free in home estimate, with no obligation, and when the bill came they were actually right below their quote! They made sure all of our furniture and antiques were wrapped properly and arrived safely. Robert, Bogdan, and Chris worked so hard and fast, they were truly amazing! I've moved a ton and used movers before, but nothing can compare to these guys! True stars in their field!!

We booked a different moving company which canceled on us on a Saturday evening. No other company we called even picked up their phones until Meagan at Miracle Man Movers. They not only booked us late on a weekend, they placed us first on their schedule the next available day and waived the deposit, despite being outside their regular service area.… Robert, Anthony, and Tristan showed up on time and were great from the start. They were friendly, courteous guys who were nice to our kids and careful with our stuff. They were always polite and cheerful, even while navigating a difficult driveway
