A Ok was extremely professional and informative throughout the installation of my new unit. I would highly recommend them. Tony ( the installer) and Daisy (at the office) were amazing. It's so hard to find good customer service these days, but this company was outstanding. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Was out of AC for 3 days. Yes! 3 days, our home warranty finally contacted A-OK. not only did they call me instantly, but appointment was for following day. Toni and his team fixed the problem within 20 minutes!!! instantly, we felt the cold air. he explained to us that it was the Capacitor, and the reason why the capacitor swelled up. Very Very professional! It felt like he was a part of my family. I will be doing business with Toni and A-OK from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

A-OK Services did an awesome job installing my system. It all starts with the first call for them to come out. Daisy set up the appt and helped with financing. She also kept me up to minute on what’s going on and explaining when needed and arrival of technicians. She even called me to say they would be arriving late and about how long that would be. Tho it was only maybe 15 minutes late. They arrived introduced themselves. Toni and assistant got right to work explaining features etc and cleaning up as they went. At the end they showed me how to run unit and how to file paper work with electric

This company is first-rate. For years they have covered my semi-annual AC/heating maintenance, extending the life of my 3 units (for 3 floors); they monitor, clean, & repair with knowledge & speed, they are friendly and explain everything well. We contacted A-OK Services thru our home warranty company. They came at the appointed time. Toni, the technician, checked our system and order a part for repair. During the time we waited for the part, Toni showed us a special their company was having for a new system. Our system was around 15 years old and we decided to go with the new system. On the appointed day and time, Toni and a crew of 4 started taking our old equipment out. Every little speck of dirt was cleaned up during the breakdown. Inside my home, they laid down drop cloths wherever they worked. The system installation was completed

I was hearing strange sounds from my AC unit and called out to my home warranty. They dispatched A-OK Services and from start to finish it was a breeze. Scheduling let me know availability and also ask about additional pockets of availability in case they could get a technician to me sooner than scheduled. Toni and David came and they were great. Toni was the lead and he took the time to explain the issues to me and made sure I fully understood. They were able to get the problem resolved much quicker than I anticipated. My house is cool again. Great experience all around!

Our technician (Tony) was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem and installing the new system. A-OK lent us a space heater until our new unit arrived and did a really good job communicating and providing status updates. Very happy with both the office staff and technician. Would feel very comfortable recommending this company.

My insurance directed me to them. A/OK called me right away to schedule an appointment and let me know they have been very busy so its going to be a while. Asked me specific questions on what specifically is going on with the A/C to try and toubleshoot it over the phone. I went over four of the things she mentioned and the four one did the trick. They didn't charge me or pressure me for anything. They did mention a twice a year cleaning and check-up service which I might take them up on.

These people are the worst! Had a window from 10-2 and they cancelled via text at 1:55. What a lack of customer service and professionalism. Had to take off from work for this and they never showed and then cancelled. What a waste of time. NEVER USE....our home warranty referred us to them and we will tell them to never refer a single homeowner to them again. No value of another persons time.

Worst people ever do not hire this rude company the lady that answer who by the way is the worst person I've ever had to deal with is a piece of work she should get another job cause she clearly is tired of her life for her having to treat people the way she treated us and not to mention rude as they come. If you want a condescending rube uneducated person to deal with your ac then call them otherwise do yourself a favor hire anyone else hire the homeless person on the corner cause they will treat you better than this piece of work of a lady. They came out to my house, told me my AC Blower and coil was dirty. They wanted to charge me $725 to pull it out and clean it!!!!!! Then of course what do you think came next after quoting me a ridiculously high price? Yep you might of guessed it! The AC tech, or shall I say salesman says " I wouldn't recommend you pay that much for a unit that old. I would recommend buying a $6500 New unit from us." On Time Elmer is the same way even though his ads say they are not. Just give me a fair price to clean it!!!!! $725 IS WAY TOO HIGH!!!!!!!!! And don't tell me I need a newer ac

Been waiting for a new ac blower for 7 days ?
No call from these guys AT Alll.
Every time I call them straight to voice mail.
Hwa said they gave them the ok to replace blower.
Finally got a hold of these guys said they dint get
The go ahead and that hwa buys it not them .
Called hwa they these guys buy the motor not them .
On top of all this crap this company said you need to clean your coils or we can't fix it
$700 lol good one hwa dosnt pay them that much so
They try to back door you on the back side lol
So 8 days now still no working ac .
